Stay in one of our Cooper’s Hill holiday cottages and you’ll soon know why the name Cotswolds is synonymous with English charm and some of the most beautiful scenery the country has to offer. The village’s Cheese-Rolling and Wake, in which participants chase a ball of cheese as it’s sent tumbling down Cooper’s Hill itself, is an eccentric annual event dating back at least as far as the 15th Century, and now draws visitors from all around the world, but Cooper’s Hill has a great deal more to offer visitors, with mile after mile of sprawling Gloucestershire countryside.
