“We absolutely love Little Lamb Cottage!”

It was our second stay and we would love to return again and again! Such a cute, tastefully furnished cottage in an idyllic village. So close to Chipping Campden and a great base to visit other beautiful Cotswolds towns, villages and attractions. Just perfect, thank you!

About the location

Moreton-in-Marsh 8 miles; Stratford-upon-Avon 12 miles

This market town defines the saying "good things come in small packages" as it proves itself to be a wonderful place for tourists to stay. Chipping Campden sits in the northern part of the Cotswolds and boasts many historical buildings from St. James' church where the Chipping Camden Music Festival is held every year, to the early 17th century market hall upon which the town prides itself. Not only does the town have a rich history but much more, the high street is laced with charming Cotswold stone buildings with a range of shops and pubs. Nearby there are several beautiful, formal gardens for you to wander through. Chipping Campden has held its own 'Olimpick Games' since the early 1600s including peculiar sports such as 'shin-kicking', most certainly worth lining your holiday up with to experience something so unique. For a dose of famous history, head to the birthplace of William Shakespeare in Stratford-upon-Avon just 12 short miles away, it offers some charming little buildings, bookshops, theatres and museums.

Please note: The stairs to the first floor are twisty and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Please take care when using these.
Please note: Due to the nature of the cottage, please be careful when accessing the twin bedroom, and going down the stairs to the lower ground floor as the low beams can be quite dangerous.
