Louise “Absolutely beautiful cottage in a picture postcard village.”
Everything we needed was provided so it felt like home from home. A lovely base to explore from and we would definitely recommend Little Lamb Cottage.

Irene “Beautifully furnished cottage in a fabulous location.”
Needed information on how to use cooker, microwave and could use a hob lighter. Have already recommended to friends.

Carol “Absolutely love Little Lamb Cottage having stayed before.”
Well appointed and fabulous position in a quiet area. No complaints about the quality of the cottage whatsoever and will be back. Disappointed in response/advice from housekeeping however regarding an issue we had. Given conflicting information when I called. We arrived Sunday pm, by Monday pm the toilet roll had run out, so I assume it wasn't a full roll as we were out all day. No spare toilet roll to be found. Rang housekeeping tues morning, spoke to a male, advised lights in lounge flickering and no spare toilet paper. He advised it would be dealt with. Came back at 5pm and no visit from maintenance/housekeeping. Rang again and was advised by another male that spare toilet paper isn't part of the package. If told this at 9am I could have gone and bought some! We found that turning the wall lights up full, stopped the flicker. So, 2 rolls of kitchen towel, breakfast cereal, tea and coffee, milk etc, etc but no spare toilet roll??? Not had this situation during 20 years of visiting Cotswolds cottages. Suggest this needs to be reviewed.
- Carol, June 2024Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback for Little Lamb Cottage and pleased to hear you enjoyed the cottage and surrounding areas. We can only apologise for the miscommunication. Maintenance did attend, unfortunately you were out and we did not have any spare keys to gain access to check the lights and drop off additional toilet paper. It was our second stay and we would love to return again and again! Such a cute, tastefully furnished cottage in an idyllic village. So close to Chipping Campden and a great base to visit other beautiful Cotswolds towns, villages and attractions. Just perfect, thank you!

Victor “There were problems with the booking.”
I sent messages to Sykes cottages which were apparently not received by them. The person I subsequently spoke with about this talked over me, blamed the booking platform, and hung up on me. Unforgivable. The cottage and location were really great. Doesn’t get much better. However, there is a water leak from the bathroom onto the floor of the room below. The clothes dryer gets very hot and gives off a burning smell. We feel the owner would want to know this. We couldn’t leave the keys in the lock box when we left so had to put them through the letter box. When we emailed Sykes about this the email bounced back. We couldn’t find a way to communicate this to them.
- Victor, December 2023Thank you for your feedback, apologies that you didn't receive our usual standard of customer service, we will investigate this. The owner is also aware of your comments. We are please to hear that you enjoyed the cottage and the local area. Best wishes Manor Cottages Property Owner

David “We absolutely loved the cottage and the village.”
The cottage was a home from home and so well appointed and tastefully furnished. The garden was a delight. We appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine and welcome basket. The only thing we were unsure of was the recycling. We would definitely recommend the cottage and hopefully return at some point. This was a perfect stay.
- David, June 2023Thank you for your feedback. We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your time away and we appreciate your suggestions for improvement. We hope to welcome you again one day in the future. Best wishes, Manor Cottages. Property Owner
Carol “Lovely cottage.”
Nicely refurbished. Had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay and will be looking to return in the future! One problem - on the day we left, we couldn't find any instructions regarding what to do with the rubbish? We left the bags in the bins in the kitchen for this reason.
- Carol, April 2023Thank you for your feedback. We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay at Little Lamb Cottage and we look forward to welcoming you back. Thank you for letting us know about the rubbish, we will let housekeeping know to leave some information on this. Property Owner

The starter pack is just what you need after a long drive. The cottage is beautiful and very stylish. The booklet of things to do and pubs to eat was a great touch. It has everything you need right down to a tray to take drinks to the garden. We will be booking again.

P “Little Lamb cottage is absolutely beautiful.”
Tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard. A perfect getaway in a peaceful setting. We were a little surprised that there was no toilet roll provided and no microwave. The gas fire was a little tricky to light. However, these were minor issues and didn't impact on our stay too much. I would definitely recommend this delightful cottage. It's a very special place.
