“We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider returning.”
Glencoe has been thoughtfully converted to holiday accommodation, has a particularly well-equipped kitchen and with two families we appreciated having two lovely bathrooms and a downstairs loo and utility area. The central heating works well and the log burner was a great asset too.
The living area has a very practical tiled floor and a quirky but, in our opinion, not very comfortable sofa.
Bedrooms and bathrooms exceeded our expectations, whilst (possibly personal preference again) we found the beds in the two main bedrooms very soft and bouncy.
It's possible to walk into Broadway village across the fields on public footpaths, which took us 30-45 minutes.
The only negative is the location; this provides beautiful rural views and is quiet at night, but is on a through road which is busy at most times of the day. Whilst there is off road parking which just takes two cars, the gate is a little narrow and reversing in (or out!) needs a very careful eye on approaching traffic.
