“Upon arriving we left our shoes at the door, our brand new socks soon become black from walking around the property.”

There was piles of crumbs, dog hair and dirt which I cleaned up. The bath was filthy upon arrival - it took me cleaning it 3 times to get the mud, dirt and dog hair off. The toilet seat had a urine stain which I also cleaned. The toilet bowl had skid marks. The bowls and plates not only smelt but had stains on them. The washing up bowl was no cleaner. The toilet also struggled to flush. It became very apparent to us that nothing had been cleaned and it made us feel very uncomfortable as we had an infant with us. We actually left the property early we were that disappointed. We don’t go on holiday to clean. It was also extremely hot in the property, the temperature was reading 30°. So I would suggest replacing the sheer curtains over the patio doors with something that will work more efficiently blocking out heat in the summertime.
