    “We loved the house.”

    It was beautiful. Everything was lovely, spotlessly clean and everything you need for a lovely break away. One slight concern, the 5th bedroom is in the outdoor barn - it was only 6 degrees in the bedroom - only a small heater which did not heat up the room until Sunday afternoon then it only got to 16 degrees. It was freezing which meant that we had to double up in the house ( which has 4 bedrooms). If you are going to list the house as 5 bedrooms you need to ensure the 5th bedroom in the ...

If you are going to list the house as 5 bedrooms you need to ensure the 5th bedroom in the outside barn is warm. Only 1 nights worth of logs to put on the fire and we had to ask for more.     We are sorry that elements of your stay fell short of your expectations, we have since provided additional heating in the annex to prevent this issue from happening again. In regard to the logs I believe our Property Manager responded promptly to your request. We provide a starter pack for the log burners, this includes a lighter, fire lighters, kindling and a couple of logs per log burner.
