This contemporary annex is set high up and accessible next to the owner’s home within the village of Llangarron, just outside the Wye Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Accessed down a long driveway and next to the owner’s home, the annex still enjoys privacy with its own courtyard under a beautiful Magnolia tree.

Set just on the ground floor, you enter the cottage into the bright and airy open-plan living area, complete with laminate flooring throughout.

The contemporary kitchen is well-equipped with everything you could need for a quiet break to the countryside, whilst the sitting area is complete with a Smart TV so you don’t worry about missing your favourite shows.

The bedroom is revealed by a set of sliding doors and hosts a double bed, accompanied by a gleaming en-suite shower room with walk-in shower.

The whole area offers many outdoor activities including golf, cycling and horse riding.

Head to the wonderful Forest of Dean and spend some time at Symonds Yat Rock, an internally famous viewpoint which offers picturesque views of the River Wye.

The market town of Ross-on-Wye is just a short drive away and boasts an array of shops, pubs and restaurants if you don’t fancy cooking one evening.
