“The location and setting of the property is Breathtaking.”

A very picturesque setting. Staff at check-in were very warm and welcoming. A very picturesque setting. Staff at check-in were very warm and welcoming. The property is lovely however the Jacuzzi stopped working after our 2nd night went to use on the 3rd night and found it green and smelt mouldy we reported it and the onsite maintenance man attended and cleaned and refilled immediately. However the air source heat pump didn't heat it up, so we lost 3 days use. After we checked out we received a call advising they had gone to do the checks and found the Jacuzzi not working which they were supposed to be letting the new occupants know but the Jacuzzi had been out of action for 3 days already so not strictly true if that is what they are telling the new occupants. The lady at checkout was quite rude and when we tried to mention that we weren't happy about the loss of Jacuzzi she became defensive and just said "these things happen it's not our fault". Other than this was a nice break.
