“Really bad experience with this company and owner”
We are very sorry that you had a bad experience. We have worked with Sykes to improve the instructions guests receive to find the property. We certainly would not have want you to have had this difficult experience finding the property.
However, we always give the post code and What3words and this has worked with others, but we totally understand when you arrive late, in the dark, in winter it can be very daunting going along a track towards and into a wood.
We always respond to issues raised by guests, we had hoped we had addressed the issues you raised and we are very sorry and disappointed that you felt our efforts to support your stay were not enough.
