We had a fantastic stay at our Spring St guesthouse.

Although compact in size, the location was fantastic for our month long stay. We found is was great base to explore the Cotswolds and Chipping a Norton had everything we needed. We found the house very cozy and comfortable. Any maintenance issues we experienced were addressed very promptly and professionally, so we can’t complain. For direct feedback to the owners, we have a few suggestions that could be used to improved upon for other guests.. A coffee machine or at least a larger coffee plunger, more kitchen utensils, some plastic containers for leftovers, a towel hook in the bathroom and hooks behind the doors, more cleaning products and a box of washing pods/detergent which wouldn’t cost that much but would have been very much appreciated. The welcome pack we were provided with was not very helpful and most of the other airbnbs/accommodation we have been saying at provide a lot more. For example basic pantry staples like olive oil, salt and pepper, and also a thoughtful welcome pack including things like a bottle of wine, freshly baked goods, jam, pasta, butter, chocolates etc. this isn’t much but is really lovely to receive this as soon as you walk in the door. We have been travelling for 6 months now and all these things we have come to expect and very much appreciate in all our stays. Just a friendly suggestion so your property goes well! Thanks for having us and we hope to be back one day!
