Beekeeper's Cottage

Nice clean, tidy and well decorated cottage.

Very quiet and peaceful location however lots of advice on local walks and tourist attractions. Well maintained hot tub and good WiFi.

We have had such a wonderful time at Beekeeper’s.

Chris & Lizzie are wonderful hosts. The cottage is well equipped with everything you need (right down to the slow cooker for the winter months) the beds are super comfy and we slept like babies for the whole week. The hot tub, well this is just delightful. Our girls loved it during the day and we enjoyed it of an evening watching the bats and stars. The area is fabulous, perfectly remote which is just what we like but also really easy to get to places to visit and do things. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the area.

The cottage was clean, cosy and well looked after. The bed was unbelievably comfy. We were grateful for the use of the washing machine and dryer and we found all the utilities/tools in the kitchen great so that we could stay in, cook for ourselves and relax. The hot tub was lovely and well maintained as it was cleaned every day. Our dog enjoyed the stay too and I was made up with how secure the enclosed yard was so that I didn’t worry about him getting out. The owners Chris and Lizzie are wonderfully friendly and lovely people. They were there when we needed them, especially to give us great advice and recommendations for things to do on our holiday. The location of the cottage is amazing. As city folk, we appreciated how QUIET it was at night and the stargazing- wow! Lots of places to eat/to visit in the area as well. Beekeepers was a great little cottage to come and relax and unwind in especially in the hot tub at the end of the day.

Well off the beaten track if you like isolated. Owners are very friendly and we were greeted with bubbles and choc truffles as they knew we were celebrating our 32nd Wedding Anniversary. Warm under floor heating was a treat and the superking size bed was so comfy. We found plenty of things to do or visit whilst in the area and would recommend it to others.

Spotlessly clean, lovely hot tub ,comfy bed. Our host was really friendly and helpful but not in the least intrusive. Ideal for a recharge.

Fantastic stay will love to visit again with our furry friends.

Fantastic place to stay, quite & relaxing, was clean and had everything you need, Chris & Lizzie are a lovely couple very friendly and happy to give you ideas of places to visit.

The hot tub was lovely and Chris checked it everyday. Would highly recommend this place

Great location & the hot tub was the icing on the cake

The cottage was very well-equipped and a lovely space.

The beds were slightly bouncy/squeaky, which meant that we didn't always sleep very well but everything else was fantastic.

We have just returned from a lovely and relaxing stay at Bee Keepers Cottage.

Chris the owner met us on arrival and provided us with all relevant information. He was on hand to answer any queries we may of had during our stay. The cottage is perfectly equipped and the beds are extremely comfortable! Very relaxing hot tub with only the sounds of the birds to be heard - perfect! The surrounding area is beautiful too. I just wish we had been staying for more than 3 nights! Thank-you, we would definitely recommend the cottage and hope to return in the future.

Plenty to see and do. The owner is very helpful, friendly, good with kids and gave some great advice about things to see and do. Hot tub was a fab addition.

Met by Chris who is such a wonderful host who has created a little haven of happiness for his guests to enjoy. The cottage is really well equipped and tastefully decorated. The hot tub is kept immaculate and it’s a lovely luxury added to a perfectly located cottage to explore Herefordshire and Wales. Secure garden for dogs and a wonderful field where dogs can run and children can play. The cottage has good parking, laundry room and fabulous underfloor heating . I’m a pretty fussy customer so for me to say yes I’d return 100% shows just how perfect this holiday was for us !

Lovely holiday.

Luxury hot tub really enjoyed the peace and dark sky’s on a night. Property was very clean. No phone signal to speak of and internet ok for basics but that wasn’t a problem. Chris the owner is on hand if there are any issues and we found him very helpful. Would recommend.

Adequately stocked with supplies. Hot tub is so relaxing and Chris maintains it to top standards. Pembridge is a beautiful area to visit so much to see and do.

Our stay at Beekeepers’ Cottage was the best family stay that we have ever experienced.

We have stayed at many lodges & cottages, but the welcome that we had & the effort that Chris, the owner went to, was second to none. The cottage is very comfortable and the hot tub is set overlooking a beautiful tree-lined field, with deer, birds of prey & horses. We would definitely like to stay here again, as locally, it is very pretty, with very friendly locals, but we were very close to a lot of local, beautiful towns & cities & activities. We thought that there was something for everyone, both at the cottage & in the surrounding area. The tranquility at the cottage was palpable and relaxation was guaranteed. We would highly recommend

Cottage was clean and had everything we needed. As per information we were met by Chris on arrival and keys were available he was also available with a phone call away if we had any queries would very much recommend the cottage for a break away

Great host Chris, who was most welcoming and supported with any adhock requests.

Area itself is gorgeous with a lot of birds of pray roaming whilst you relax in the hot tub. Your privacy is not an issue, even with the second cottage being adjacent. For easy navigation use google maps to avoid a treasure hunt :)

Such an idyllic location, completely peaceful and serene to sit in the hottub and listen to the birds with that view!

We couldn't ask for more. Our puppy had the time of her life too, especially with the field to run around in. Chris was incredibly welcoming, and this was exactly the break we needed.

Really excellent accommodation, superbly clean and well supplied.

The hot tub was wonderful, particularly in the evenings, we really enjoyed listening to the wildlife and watching the stars. The owners are absolutely lovely, really helpful - I forgot something and Chris very kindly posted it on. We have already recommended to friends and would not hesitate to book another trip.
