We were very pleased with the accommodation overall.

It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The property is deceptively spacious and was more than adequate for our and our dogs needs. Would definitely stay here again . The location is ideal for visiting lots of places. Thoroughly recommend the Nightingale for food and also very dog friendly.

A wonderful place , this was our fourth time of staying there , so peaceful and relaxing.

Facilities are excellent, our only comment would be that the shower cubicle could do with a non slip surface on the floor as it can be a little tricky if you are a little unsteady on your feet , otherwise perfect

Sarah was there on our arrival and opened up for us. We appreciated the welcome pack that was provided. Harran is close by for numerous places to visit. Unfortunately, as the weather wasn’t great for us during our stay Harran was great for just chilling out for the day. The garden was lovely and the dogs appreciated being able to wander around safely. I would love to stay again and can highly recommend this property.

A very clean and comfortable accommodation which is much larger than appears in the photos.

Superb dog friendly back garden. A good base for days out. All you could want from a holiday let. Would recommend.

It was a lot larger than showed in the photos - beautiful kitchen, large bathroom and large living room with log burner, large TV, large sofas looking out on the private garden.

Brilliant for the dogs! Practical timber flooring throughout and lovely and warm as for us, it rained a lot. A short drive to Pershore for supermarket, takeaways, dog friendly cafe. A great relaxing week.

We totally enjoyed our stay, what a hidden gem in a great location and central to everywhere we wanted to go, nice and quiet .

Wow what a find, everything we needed was here, great location with a great garden for our dogs.

There was a problem with WiFi and heating but a phone call sorted everything there and then. There was everything you needed in the house, if I had to find fault it would be to have a spoon holder for when you make coffee or tea so you don't spoil the spotless kitchen

Harran Annex is located in the most delightful and friendly village.

The accommodation has everything you need for a perfect stay! The bed is huge and extremely comfortable. The annex is very warm and we didn’t need to light the wood burner. The peace and quiet is wonderful with just a sound or two from the wildlife at night. We really couldn’t fault a stay here!

Warm, comfortable property and spacious.

Lovely enclosed garden, log burner was fab. Ample parking. Good location for visiting places and plenty of local dog walks along footpaths from the property. Could do with some cleaning products for the kitchen and bathroom and a new bin liner as we stayed 8 nights.

Large, comfortable and cozy accommodation with everything you need for a fabulous stay. Our dogs loved the enclosed garden. Great base for exploring the area, we done some lovely walks while we were there and was fortunate with the weather. Will definitely return as it is also close to Evesham where we have relatives, so we were also able to visit them whilst in the area.

EXTREMELY SPACIOUS COTTAGE We really enjoyed our stay at Harran Annex.

It is ideal as a base for exploring the Cotswolds. Easy parking down a quiet track. The lounge was very comfortable with the large sofas (throws left to cover them for the dogs). Kitchen was well equipped (maybe some food tongs would be a good addition and usually a handle to attach to the grill pan?) Huge ziplink comfortable bed with warm bedding. As a previous reviewer said, a non slip mat in the shower for us ‘older’ people would be good. We were lucky with the weather and were able to sit out on the patio and watch our two dogs playing in the fully enclosed secluded garden which was great. All in all a lovely cottage to stay and would return if we were in the area again.

Harran Annex is the most spacious one bedroom property, we have ever stayed in.

It is extremely comfortable and well equipped and has everything you need for a week away from home. The property is located in a very pretty village and it is extremely easy to get to other villages and towns, through a network of excellent main roads. We really enjoyed our stay here and exploring this part of Worcestershire, particularly, Stratford upon Avon, Alcester, Evesham, Pershore and Upton upon Severn, from this great base. Would highly recommend staying in this property and location.

Our third stay at this cottage and it never disappoints, the setting is so peaceful and resting and the property is wonderful, just a note, the pub in the village ( The Crown ) no longer serves food but we can recommend the twisted spoon in Upton Snodsbury not too far away .

We loved our stay at Harran Annex.

It was very spacious inside and the garden was delightful. It was very convenient for visiting the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. The only negative was the bedroom window was right next to a track which was used by dog walkers and the occasional vehicle. That being the case we felt we were unable to open the curtains fully for privacy reasons.

We had a lovely week, and hope to come again.

Harran annex is the most comfortable visit I’ve had.

Peaceful, well maintained, and a picturesque garden perfect for my small dog Lucy. I’ve stayed at several Sykes properties, and this is top of the range. The only small caveat …a non slip mat inside the shower would be useful for us older people. The step was a little deep for me and I worried about slipping getting out. But that is a small detail compared to a wonderful week. Thank you.

This is a lovely cottage, much more spacious than expected, with a sunny sitting out area in a relaxing and secluded garden.

Everything was provided that we needed and, although we didn't take our dog this time, he would have been very well provided for too. Lots to explore around the area . We would definitely recommend this property.

We had a fabulous weekend in this property.

It was very clean and tidy and everything we needed was there. The back garden was beautiful and the fact that it was enclosed made it perfect for out little dog to wander around. Very quiet with no passing traffic made it perfect for us. We took all of the things needed for our dog only to find a dog bed and blankets already provided which was such a lovely surprise. The beds were very comfortable and the quilts were so soft and warm. The fact that there were two bathrooms was fantastic. The lounge was very comfortable with large settees for comfortable lounging. The kitchen was a good size with everything and more provided. All in all it was perfect and would return here again if in this area. Will most definitely recommend to all our friends. The annex was lovely, comfy, clean and well equipped, we had a relaxing holiday there.

Pub just 5mins walk from property was a bonus. Our two dogs had a great time exploring the enclosed garden. Just a couple of things that need to be fixed, shower riser rail is broken and the curtain pole in the living room is coming away from the wall. Hopefully we will stay there again.

The bed was so comfortable. The kitchen facilities were awesome everything you needed was provided. Would highly recommend the property. Perfect back garden for the dog.we will certainty be looking to rebook next year on our way down south again

Beautiful property (much roomier than photos suggest) in a lovely part of England.

No end of places to see and things to do. But, to be honest, we looked forward to getting back to the cottage each day- lighting log fire and settling down for the evening. Every comfort has been thought of and it was a fabulous weekend. Thank you!

Ideally suited for us and our dog even though he was hardly able to use the fully enclosed garden due to the weather! Spacious accommodation, centrally heated, lovely and warm so we did not need to use the woodburner. Would definitely be happy to go there again.

The Annex is a well presented and tastefully decorated place, very cosy and warm, lovely big bright rooms, very clean throughout plenty of kitchen accessories that you need, the owner should be very proud of themselves, as they have produced a lovely Annex to stay at.

We had a great time totally relaxed and chilled out in a nice quiet village, we would definitely go again in the future.

This was my second stay at Annex Harran & it was just as good as the first.

It is a very clean, comfortable & warm cottage with a safe, enclosed garden. Good quality linen & towels. Well equipped kitchen. In a friendly, quiet village with a well stocked shop/Post Office & a pub within five minutes walk. The hosts are very friendly, provide a lovely welcome pack and immediately sort out any queries you may have. There are many walks from the cottage & around the village. Road access is easy to the surrounding areas. I will be booking again next year.

We had an amazing time the cottage was wonderful so big for 2 dogs and just 2 off us the garden was lovely dogs loved it ,we were lucky with weather this place was quite central to lots off amazing places, lovely friendly pub , the kitchen was amazing , only very tiny niggle we cooked pizza one night was no baking or pizza trays, we managed, it did not spoil anything but maybe provide a couple, the cottage was warm we never felt cold only put heating on a few times ,the bed was massive and by far one off the most comfortable beds I've slept on my husband and I felt well rested after long walks with dogs loved every minute highly recommend

Clean, comfortable, cosy cottage.

Perfect location for exploring the area. The cottage was well equipped, warm and extremely spacious with a beautiful enclosed garden that our two pooches loved exploring. Would highly recommend and we are looking to return next year. A perfect 4 night stay, looking to book for a week next time.

Lovely property, very quiet surroundings, good position for travelling around sightseeing.

My only suggestion would be to consider putting in some doorstops, because as the place is so new, you don't want the door handles damaging the walls.

We thought the property was absolutely beautiful and in a fantastic location, it was spotlessly clean, everything that was said on website , also Sarah (the owner) was lovely and friendly, it was great that you could just open the doors to let our dog out in a fully enclosed garden.

Would definitely recommend and we hope to be back again soon.

The garden is lovely and the whole area so peaceful. All in all it was a delightful weekend stay. I hope we have the opportunity to stay again in the future.

A really nice single floor property.

We stayed for 1 week mid August. Situated in a nice small quiet village, but with a pub a few hundred yards away and a small pantry shop for provisions. For people taking their dog (which we did), there is a nice rear garden fully enclosed and a porch area which is handy if it's been raining. The property is deceptively large inside (length wise), plenty of room in the bedroom (with ensuite toilet and sink). Bathroom large too with bath/shower and a separate walk in shower. Plenty of roof skylights make it nice and bright. Kitchen area is large with entry into the property. Nice modern equipment including washing machine and dishwasher. Utensils plentiful. Property is attached to owners house but honestly we didn't hear a single thing through the walls. The TV at the rear of the property (living room overlooking the garden) was a nice large Samsung with great picture quality, built in Netflix Prime etc. The property has laminate flooring all the way through. We couldn't fault the property at all, met Sarah a couple of times who was lovely, and helpful. A couple of walks can be done from the property, but better one's you'll need to use the car. Some fabulous places to visit in the Cotswolds area. Would definitely go back here in the future.

A really lovely property in a quiet location, but within easy reach of Evesham Pershore and Worcester.

Absolutely top rate. and the lounge sofas were really comfortable for oldies like us, unlike many. we encounter.

It would be an idea to have blinds at the bedroom window as there is a pathway quite close so you can't have the curtains open while getting dressed.The kitchen is well equipped but it would be good to have some small tins to cook with and a pair of oven gloves. Fabulous bathroom. The large lounge is great with a good TV. A few books and games would be helpful for when it rains. The dog friendly pub across the road is not serving food for a while as it has just changed tenants .The last evening we were there we saw a small deer in the field eating his supper.

The annex was absolutely Fabulous everything about it was really nice excellent facilities for dogs very clean warm and welcome in property I would recommend this place to anyone who wishes to go there we have booked to come back in October pub and shops are only two minutes down the road ideal for people who can't walk very far great meals in the pub very friendly people.

We stayed for 3 nights in mid May , the property is brilliant, finished to a high standard and very comfortable, we were particularly grateful for the welcome pack.

Our little dog loved the garden and made herself quite at home. The area is wonderfully quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, so good we have booked again for September. Colin & Jo

Annex Harran is clean, warm & comfortable.

It's modern, spacious & furnished to a high standard with quality bed linen & towels. The host is very helpful & friendly, provides a good welcome pack, does not intrude & available by phone if you have any queries. The garden is enclosed with a very nice patio & outside lighting. There is a dog bed, bowl & towel plus a rear porch which is useful for wiping muddy paws. It's in a quiet village, locals are very friendly & only a short walk to the pub. There are countryside public footpaths directly from the cottage & all around the area. I will definitely be booking again.
