Lovely enclosed rear garden. Excellent kitchen facilities, two fridges, two ovens. Unfortunately lack of facilities for guest clothing in the bedrooms. Very comfortable beds. Great towels, lack of bath mats & small waste bins. Lovely welcome pack but a lack of kitchen essentials, bin bags surface cleaner, one tea towel. Overall an impressive property would probably stay again.

Thank you for your feedback, we are happy you found the house comfortable with excellent facilities and that its an impressive property. - For bath mats there is one provided for each bathroom. - Small bins are in each bathroom. - for bin bags etc we follow Sykes standard which is to provide enough for the first day, then its the guests responsibility to buy their own. - We will leave more than one tea towel in future, this was an oversight. - There is a large wardrobe in the middle bedroom, due to the sloping ceilings its not easy to put wardrobes in the other bedrooms, however there are hangers on mirrors and also plenty of shelving for clothes. You can always call us if you want more supplies of anything and we will respond right away and ensure you have everything you need! Thank you, Sarah Property Owner

The property

Harran is a peaceful countryside hideaway nestled near the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, in the charming village of Peopleton, Worcestershire.

With space to park three cars off-road, enclosed gardens, and a host of outdoor delights—including a hot tub, fire pit, barbecue, and trampoline—this pet-friendly retreat welcomes two well-behaved dogs, making it a wonderful choice for families or friends in search of a restorative rural escape. After pulling into the driveway, step inside and into a warm hallway where you can hang coats and boots after a day out exploring the countryside with your four-legged companions.

Just off the hall, the utility room offers a practical space with a washing machine and tumble dryer, ideal for keeping everything fresh between outings. From here, the house opens into a spacious open-plan living area that forms the heart of the home.

The kitchen, with its glossy white countertops and sleek black fixtures, looks out over the garden, where a trampoline promises endless fun for energetic youngsters.

Whether you're preparing breakfast at the breakfast bar or gathering around the large dining table, this space is designed for shared moments and lively conversation. The sitting area flows naturally from the dining space, where a large corner sofa invites you to unwind in front of the Smart TV, while the woodburning stove adds a gentle warmth on cooler evenings.

Sliding doors open onto the patio, drawing the outdoors in and extending the living space into the garden. Just beyond the living area, the ground-floor shower room offers a welcome convenience—complete with a walk-in shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail—perfect for freshening up after a countryside ramble or a dip in the hot tub. Also on the ground floor is a king-size bedroom, where doors open directly onto the garden.

A sofa here offers a quiet spot to enjoy the morning light or step outside for a peaceful moment with a coffee in hand. Upstairs, the family bathroom features a P-shaped bath with a shower over, basin, WC and heated towel rail, offering a tranquil space to soak and unwind.

Three further bedrooms await: two super-king-size rooms—both of which can be arranged as twins on request—each with sofas and views across the garden and surrounding countryside, creating restful spaces to recharge or enjoy a quiet read.

The final bedroom is a king-size, also blessed with countryside views, offering a calm and airy place to drift off peacefully. Outside, the property continues to delight.

The enclosed front garden features a lawn and ample space for children to run and play, while the rear garden is a private sanctuary.

As the charcoals glow on the barbecue, gather for an alfresco meal beneath the open sky.

Later, sink into the hot tub under the stars, or toast marshmallows over the fire pit as dusk settles in.

With room to roam, relax, and reconnect, this is a garden made for memory-making—and with two dogs welcome, everyone gets to join the adventure. The Cotswolds' charm continues just beyond Harran, with rolling hills, historic villages, and scenic trails waiting to be explored.
