“Superb accommodation.”

Beautifully clean and well kept. Comfortable with a lovely outside space overlooking the orchard and Worcestershire countryside. Well positioned for visits to a number of local towns and villages, which were within easy reach. The owners were very friendly and welcoming but in no way intrusive. I would highly recommend Little Owl Barn and will certainly visit it again.

“A great stay from start to finish.”

Little Owl Barn was exacly what we needed, spotlessly clean, with all the facilities and appliances on hand. Hosts were welcoming but not intrusive. It's a truly stunning location and a great place to be if you're having a day off from sightseeing. Highly recommended.

“What a perfect place.”

It was a great size with everything you needed. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to be able to cook properly. The place was spotless, extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable and was warm. We requested a cot and highchair and they were ready for when we arrived. The hosts were great, friendly and very accommodating. The things that really made this property perfect was all the small things like soap at every sink and hand towels, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, tea bags, coffee and sugar along with very thoughtful welcome gifts of milk and biscuits. I would highly recommend here and would love to come back in the summer.

“The chair in the sitting area was not comfy.”

I improved it by using cushions from the sofa and placed pillows under the throw to retain the sofas appearance. The kitchen and dinning area were very well equipped for large parties except for a large saucepan. Smaller cooking/ roasting and preparation pots and bowls for 2-4 would have been useful. We managed, enjoyed our stay and would be happy to go again. Thank you.

We stayed for a week and found it to be well equipped, exceptionally clean and in a beautiful location. The owner is friendly and helpful without being intrusive. It is probably the best holiday cottage we have stayed in.

“The physical proprty is great The interior is fine for 4 adults or two couples with plenty of room.”

However the location does not quite live up to its billing unfortunately. We had two main issues: Noise from the adjacent trailer business with windows open at night when its hot, and the proporty is less private than hoped as the owners land completely wraps around. We werent disturbed by the owners but were conscious of their proximity.

“Nice spacious property in rural area.”

Really nice owners who were very helpful. Six miles to Worcester and about 12 miles to Malvern. The only two concerns I would mention are a) there was no washer/dryer as per listing it was a washer, and b) the fridge was really small with no freezer, just a very small ice box. Other than that everything was really nice, and if you like peace and quiet in a lovely setting, this is the place for you.

“Property would benefit from a name sign outside .”

So that guests can find it easily! When we first arrived at the house the heat was overwhelming.Would benefit if the windows.had been opened! Though 2 of the Veluxes.could not be propped open.We asked if a fan was available but it was not.I would suggest that with the freqency of heatwaves increasing these would be an asset It is a very spacious cottage, with furniture widely spaced .We found it difficult to.track down all the items,though we did eventually. It was not stated on your website that the shower room was on.the ground floor and bedrooms on first floor .Which involved walking downstairs past the window and glazed front door, so not.very private,!Both these and the windows in the dining end of the kitchen (which faced due west and caught the full evening sun).would benefit from blinds Pleasant cottage but with some.problems which could easily be resolved

“Beautiful property, set in pastoral area.”

Owners are lovely and friendly. The property has 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds, fantastic kitchen dining area. Great internet internet connection. We saw the little owl every evening and enjoyed the company of the sheep and horses. Highly recommend this property for a couple or family.

“This is a beautifully converted, decorated and furnished property.”

It is located next to the owners' house and stables. The view from the lounge windows is very relaxing and the whole setting is very peaceful. It is the ideal place for some R and R, as well as there being lots to do and see in the area. Truly a 5 star property.

“We had a lovely three night stay here this Easter.”

The house was comfortable (loved the shower!), with everything we needed, and we really enjoyed the setting - watching the birds and the horses from the windows. One evening we walked to the March Hare pub, a lovely one hour stroll, had dinner and walked back again. The hosts were kind and helpful without being intrusive. Our kids are keen to return!

“For the first three nights it was very peaceful but on the fourth and last night it seemed there was a generator elsewhere that came on and off throughout the night.”

As I am a light sleeper I did latch on to the noise and found it irritating.

“If you want a relaxing break in pleasant countryside, this property is ideal.”

It is clean, the kitchen has everything you need, the main bed is comfortable and the lounge/dining room has comfy seating and log burner which was great for us as we visited in January. Bathroom on ground floor has walk in shower and again very clean. Toilet and basin upstairs in case needed during the night. Whole place was warm but in nice weather sure it would be wonderful to open the doors onto the patio and relax with views over the fields. Heritage trail round Worcester is worth a visit and trip to Great Malvern and hills a real treat. Pershore also good for walk along river Avon. Places to eat out within a few minutes drive both in Peopleton and Upton Snodbury. Hosts warm and welcoming without being intrusive.

Upton Snodsbury is an ancient village founded by the Saxons in the seventh century, six miles East of the bustling city of Worcester. Renowned as being ‘a jewel in Worcestershire’, with most houses being Grade II listed and Victorian style, which are dotted in a Conservation Area around the church. The village has much to offer for the tourist, with historic churches and buildings offering a glimpse into the area’s rich past, and mediaeval fields with footpaths that cross the area and through to Bow Wood.
