Beesoni Lodge is a fantastic holiday cottage.

Spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The location is superb, very rural and peaceful- fantastic for night time star gazing and meteor spotting.

A gorgeous barn conversion, so no stairs to concern us with toddlers.

Lots of room for crawling though! Lots of outdoor space for the 3 year old too. Close to Upton on Severn and Malvern for amenities. Only very slight problem was the deep bath with the little ones, a few bad backs for the parents until they just got in the bath too!! I would definitely recommend this property.

Extremely well appointed and spacious with a good sized garden and plenty of off road parking.

The location is excellent for access to the Malvern Hills, the Cotswolds, Shropshire and the Welsh Borders. The owners were very helpful and available but kept out of the way unless needed. Good walks from the door and a great selection of pubs within a short drive. No complaints and would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet break in an excellent property.

The Beesoni lodge was lovely, it was spotless clean, great facilities and very family friendly !

The welcome pack for our doggy including a ball he had lots of fun with and treats. Really comfortable beds, quiet private area with lovely walks and a few cows next door ! The jet tub bath was lovely also a shower in another bathroom! We left some clothes there and the host offered to post them back to us ! would definitely recommend and come again

Beesoni Lodge is outstanding accommodation in a beautiful setting.

It is situated on a farm with extensive grounds which includes a small woodland area. The lodge is immaculately clean with facilities of a very high standard. I spite of its size it is very warm and cosy we had a wonderful week there with our two grandchildren .

Property was fine however in the current climate I feel an electric charging point is required at the property.

I appreciate the owner provide some insight for points available nearby however these are not practical for overnight charging or when moving around visiting sights.

We had a lovely stay at Beesoni Lodge from 19th September for a week.

Lots of space in the bungalow. It was very comfortable and equipped with everything you could wish for. The 4 poster bedroom with en-suite was brilliant for my disabled Mom. We were very lucky with the weather and it was nice to be able to sit out in the lovely garden. It’s situated in such an idyllic spot and so peaceful. Lots of places to visit nearby, lovely places to eat, and plenty of walks on the doorstep and a bit further afield. We enjoyed lunch at the Woodshed cafe at Eastnor, and a walk through Eastnor Deer Park. The Swan at Hanley Swan was great and had a lovely beer garden. There’s a village green, a duck pond, and walks right opposite. Ledbury and Malvern great for a visit. The only regret ….. we didn’t book for longer!! Thank you Laura.

We had a lovely relaxing time in Beesoni Lodge.

The Lodge was welcoming, comfortable and well stocked. The weather was fabulous which always helps. The owner was in contact, but not intrusive It would help if all the instructions (ie cooker, microwave, recycling etc) were located in a specific folder (rather than dotted around the place)

We - six plus dog - had a super week in Beesoni Lodge.

Excellent base for our visits out to the many attractions of this area.

It met all expectations and was an ideal venue for us as a family. The flexible sleeping arrangements meant we could accommodate all generational needs. Granma especially liked the bedroom at one end of the property!! Beds were very comfy, good sized towels, and everything you could think of in the kitchen one might require with lots of fridge space. A must when catering for a family of 8. Many thanks to the owners who had thought of everything.

We have just arrived home after spending February half term at the stunning Beesoni Lodge.

As soon as we walked into this beautiful property, we absolutely loved it. The lay out worked perfectly for our family - My family of 4, my in-laws and my Mum. So much space, plenty of seating in the cosy lounge and around the large kitchen table, and having the 3 bathrooms was really useful. The property was so warm and cosy. The underfloor heating in the bathrooms was lovely, especially first thing in the morning! I think this is the best equipped holiday house we have ever stayed in. There is everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, including everything to bake a cake! We didn't make use of this, but very handy if you need to make a birthday cake while you are away! The utility room was also very useful, and we made use of the washing machine to save taking a mountain of washing home. The garden that Beesoni Lodge sits in is really lovely, although we couldn't really make full use of it due to the time of year that we visited. It would be beautiful in the Summer, to sit outside and enjoy the BBQ. Plenty of outside seating, plus extra stored in the utility room. The location is perfect for visiting lots of places. Croome Nation Trust is just 20 minutes away, Upton on Severn and Malvern just a short drive. The bigger towns of Worcester and Gloucester only a 30 minute drive. So much to do nearby, although you would be happy to stay in and not go out as the property is just so lovely! A really lovely, chilled family holiday in a beautifully location. Thank you Laura for letting us stay in your beautiful property, and for the easy communication and assistance offered. I would have chosen 6 stars but there wasn't that option!

We stayed from 22/11/24 to 29/11/24 What an amazing property, everything was catered for,lovely throughout very cosy and warm,underfloor heating in the bathrooms was a nice touch & every pot,pan bowl & utensils you could ever need for large family gatherings around the large kitchen table.

Beds were soo comfortable & the bathroom toiletries & towels were plentiful. We would definitely come back, highly recommend. Wonderful stay.....

The property is excellent and well presented with all of the equipment required on holiday.

Surrounds were well maintained and the property was ideally placed for visiting Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Gloucester.

Fantastic property.

As soon as we pulled up into the drive we knew we were going to love this property. You felt welcomed and at home as soon as you stepped through the door. As there were only two of us we had the choice of the bedrooms and we chose the super king room which was very comfortable, but the others looked just as good. All the showers and the bath were fabulous (we used them all). The garden was very private and our dog loved exploring it and making friends with the cattle in the adjoing field. Plenty of walks nearby and from the door. We will definitely be back for another stay and would certainly recommend it to others.

Me and my family loved this place we could not fault it in anyway I have now stayed in several Sykes cottages now and this is the best.

One of the best things is the owners are not in your face and leave you alone we have had this situation previously which spoiled the holiday as we felt we couldn’t relax. We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again in a heartbeat hats off to the owners thank you.

We’ve stayed at this property a number of times over the years and it never fails to welcome us to a home from home.

As soon as you walk through the door you can relax into holiday mode. Enjoy.

Fantastic stay at Beesoni Lodge.

Accessibility was good. We had a person with mobility problems so being all on one level was ideal. Quite a way to go for shopping not a problem for but be aware. Lovely and comfortable. Everything you could think of was there. Loved it.

The property was ideal for our extended family holiday.

It is spacious and extremely well appointed. The hosts are delightful and welcoming, and the rural location has ample grounds available for relaxation.

We had an excellent stay at Beesoni.

The accomodation was well maintained, comfortable, fully equipped for eight people and nicely situated for exploring the Malvern Hills. We would have no hesitation in recomending this property to our friends.

A good choice for our multi-generation family gathering. All on one level so fine for our mobility impaired family member. Room for everyone to mix or withdraw as needed. Croquet on the lawn was fun. Good dog walking around.

Excellent house in a great location with plenty to do nearby.

A wonderful cottage out in the wilds of Malvern.

The cows in the field next door kept the grandchildren entertained even if they woke them up early some mornings. Some good birdwatching from the extensive garden! Plenty of room for cricket & football! The owner was very helpful and even temporarily replaced one of the ovens while waiting for a new to come! Very clean, spacious and comfortable !

An outstanding property.

Well equipped, well maintained with really useful extras that many places overlook. Comfortable beds and ideal for those who are less mobile as, apart from a small step into the front door it's all flat. Do choose your bedroom carefully though if you don't want to walk too far as it's a large place! Beautifully quiet location but easy to get to many places. Cannot recommend highly enough. We had a great week.

We had wonderful stay at Beesoni Lodge.

Its lovely huge property with comfortable beds and sofas too. The location is just perfect if you are looking to unwind and enjoy the birds singing in the morning, total quietness and that's what we needed. We loved it and were so sad to leave after a week stay. We would definitely be back again.

An excellent property that met all the needs of our party.

We had three generations staying at Beesoni Lodge, and the facilities, quality of furnishing and large garden area made our stay most enjoyable.

The lodge was very comfortable and spacious and perfect for our family gathering to celebrate my wife’s 70 th birthday.

We were close to several towns which we took advantage of and visited. The scenery around the area is spectacular and plenty of public footpaths close to the lodge. Views from the British camp hills was spectacular and well worth the walk. Communication with the owner was good and very helpful.

We had a wonderful week to celebrate my husband's 60th Birthday with all our family of 8 adults , two year old granddaughter and our dog who loved it !

! The lodge is amazing with the wow factor on arrival !! It has everything you need and Laura the owner was really friendly. Appreciated the special touches of flowers, biscuits & chocolates. The best Sykes cottage we have ever stayed in !! X

Four nights at Beesoni Lodge were perfect beginning and end to a perfect day.

Great stay at probably one of the best cottages we have stayed in for quite a while, very spacious rooms and plenty of bathrooms for up to 8 people.

Very well equipped did not want for anything, will definitely be going back at some time. It would have been nice if the owner dropped by to see us, just to see if all ok.

This property was amazing.

The owners have certainly thought of everything that a visitor would need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. On arrival the property was spotlessly clean , there was a lovely welcome pack for ourselves and the dog. The beds were comfortable, the showers powerful and the underfloor heating in the bathrooms was fab. The kitchen was well equipped. The surrounding area has some lovely footpaths for walking the dog. Plenty of interesting places to visit nearby. We enjoyed Batsford Arboritum and Croome house. We were a party of 6 adults and all agreed we would happily return to this property.

Probably the best holiday cottage we have stayed in to date.

The property was exactly as described and suited the needs of 6 adults, 2 toddlers and a baby completely. Very well equipped we had everything we needed (and more). The locality is so very peaceful, the views are breathtaking and the opportunities to explore both on foot from the front door and via short car rides are boundless. We all, including our cockerpoo, had a very memorable and relaxing time and no doubt the holiday will be a happy talking point for a long time to come.

The well kept and safe gardens provided the children with an entertaining playground, where they could explore, discover and enjoy their holiday. The indoor facilities are second to none, everything you need. The sofas and beds are very comfortable. The showers are powerful with plenty of hot water for everyone. Very clean and extremely spacious. Beesoni Lodge provides a peaceful, rural retreat which was enjoyed by everyone of our group. Highly recommended.

Wonderful in every way. As a self catering accommodation it has everything required to make your stay enjoyable. All rooms are spacious, very clean and tidy. Situated in spacious grounds with beautiful views and a safe environment for our pet dog. We have enjoyed ourselves so much we have already booked again for next year.

Extremely well equipped and very comfortable. A great base to explore Malvern and surrounding area.

From arrival to departure the holiday was really enjoyable.

The hosts were very accommodating and answered any questions promptly and effectively. The property was as described, and though a little remote, it was situated as expected, and within east reach of many popular and outstanding destinations. A grocery delivery on the night if arrival helped with cutting down on luggage and the lack of immediate shops - although there is one within a 10 minute journey. Be careful on the long windy roads when meeting local traffic and horses! Being regular travellers we are not always easy to please, but this accommodation and area was remarkably pleasant. All in all, absolutely no complaints. One very minor observation would be the gravel driveway and step into the house is a tad difficult for a mobility scooter, but is in no way an insurmountable problem.

The setting was lovely, quiet and peaceful, the owner was friendly and helpful but not intrusive.

We had 3 generations in our party and had plenty of room to either be together or have space to ourselves. We found we were not far from anywhere although we were in wonderful countryside.

An excellent property from which to enjoy the local countryside and explore the Malvern Hills.

Everything you would want from a self catering house. The kitchen had every utensil you need and more. Very comfy beds with super bathrooms. The dog goody bag was a lovely touch. Underfloor heating a treat. Alexa in the kitchen an added surprise. Hereford, Ledbury and Worcester all close for shopping. Highly recommend.

Wonderful holiday in Beesoni Lodge I cannot think of anything negative to say, the Lodge and gardens were perfect, clean and beautifully kept.

Beesoni Lodge is a very clean, comfortable place to stay.

Laura was fantastic, she made sure we were settled in and I had a chance to contact her during our stay (to ask if I could feed the sheep) and she was very efficient. The location is peaceful, but remember you are on a working farm, the views are lovely, we made use of the outdoor seating every day. The kitchen is well equipped, we didn't want for anything. There were plenty of teabags, coffee, sugar and fresh milk. The accommodation was spotless, everything was cleaned to a high standard. There were bottles of hand sanitizer at the front door. We very much enjoyed our stay and a big thank you to Laura for making us feel so welcome.

An amazing lodge, beautifully looked after, everything you could possibly want and need in an holiday accommodation! Fantastic country setting, so safe for children with sheep and cows for neighbours!!! We had the best time, Laura (owner) and her family were so helpful with any requests we had during our stay! Great base to visit nearby National Trusts, plus beautiful walks on your doorstep! This holiday was a back up for us as our holiday abroad was cancelled due to COVID- 19, but I’m so glad we found Bessoni Lodge through Natasha @ Sykes cottages - we all had a great holiday!

Excellent house for 3 generations.

Very well kitted out....we were able to cook every night and bake with the grandchildren... and very comfortable....only tiny tiny concern was free range dog(s?) coming on to the drive and leaving poo...the kids were very young

This was an ideal venue for our family gathering.

It was warm and comfortable with plenty of space, both inside and out - the woodland den and the cows with their claves, just over the fence, were particular favourites with our youngsters.

We chose Beesoni Lodge because it was midway between our respective homes for family to meet up.

There were two couples and two elderly Sisters so the Lodge was ideal for us. The Lodge is very spacious, clean, warm and comfortable with good quality fixtures and fittings. There were 4 good sized bedrooms and 3 lovely bathrooms, plus the Lodge was all on one level making mobility easier for the Sisters. The Lodge is set in large well- tended grounds and we all spent many hours sat outside in the sunshine enjoying listening to the Birds and some Wildlife. Plenty of Walks, Places to see and Things to do in the area.

Our party consisted of six adults, three children and a small dog.

The accommodation is fantastic, well stocked and maintained to a very high standard and is child friendly. We were entertained by the young lambs running around in the adjoining field as we played croquet on the front lawn. This accommodation was a great base for day trips to the Malvern Hills and the other varied activities which we managed to pack into the week.

The cottage was spacious, comfortable and in a nice quiet location with lots of space including private woods for young kids.

Great property for a large party.

Property has everything you needs. Good location for exploring The Malvern hills area and the Vale of Evesham. Good property for relaxing with good walks around the country lanes. Good views across to the Malvern Hills. The owner is very friendly and helpful and is on hand if there are any problems. We enjoyed our week there.

Beesoni Lodge was very clean, had extremely good facilities and was very well maintained and appointed.

The only mild downside we felt was that three of the sofas in the lounge were obviously past their best and were low, sagging and uncomfortable........they could do with being replaced.

Cosy with character and efficient heating!

Plenty of room and the L shape design of the lodge provides even more space for your guests - it works very well. Very clean and well maintained - beautiful panoramic views and lovely to have cattle so nearby.
