“Our third stay at Top Style orchard in this peaceful and perfect chalet.”

Jenny, Ralph and their boys are welcoming and friendly hosts. We love the welcome hamper, the comfortable beds, the layout (which gives plenty of space and the luxury of 2 bathrooms). But most of all we love the location, which is town, a quiet country lane. We enjoy the tranquility, listening to the birds and the lambs bleating. We have always been very fortunate with the weather and this year was no exception.

“Oh my goodness, this has to be one of the best lodges we have ever stayed in, and we've stayed in a lot!”

Jenny is a brilliant host, contacting us beforehand to ask how we would like the beds to be made up and even if we had any dietary requirements as she would be leaving a welcome pack. The lodge is south facing so gets sun most of the day and the only sounds are from the birds, and the sheep in the adjacent field. We've rarely stayed anywhere so restful!

“Lovely cosy chalet, clean & well equipped.”

Very comfortable bed & the biggest shower I've ever seen! Set in a large garden bordered by woodland & a very old orchard. Lots of wildlife including bats under the fascia boards. Very well positioned to explore not only Worcestershire but surrounding counties of Herefordshire & Gloucestershire as well; 3/4 hour to get to Birmingham. The owners were extremely helpful when we needed a ticket printed off & left some very welcome goodies for our arrival. I would highly recommend Top Style Orchard.

Jenny is the most friendly and helpful host we’ve had when renting a holiday property. She went above and beyond in her welcome and help. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the setting is beautiful, very quiet and peaceful. The only small thing to be aware of is that the although the wifi signal was strong, the internet access was rather intermittent.

The accommodation perfectly meets our needs (elderly mum, three adult daughters one who has mobility issues). Everything that you need is there and there are lovely welcome touches like a loaf of bread, butter, flowers, a bottle of cider, a box of eggs. The owners are just down the road if needed and are responsive if you have any thing you need help with.

The place was welcoming, well kept and had everything we needed. The birdsong was fantastic and hearing the cuckoo was a bonus. Everything was thought of, if you want a restful time and access to walks and a visit to the farm, this is perfect.

“We had a wonderful stay at Top Style Orchard with a small group of friends in Spring 2025.”

It’s one of those rare places with a bit of magic in the air. We loved the absolute peace and quiet away from the main roads, with plenty of birdsong during the day, and the hooting of owls at night. There are wonderful views past the twisted trees of the old orchard, out to the Worcestershire countryside, and a gorgeous sun-trap of a decked veranda to sit outside and appreciate it all. There’s lots of footpaths to explore – we recommend a walk across the fields to discover the dovecote at Wichenford! There’s more than one good pub nearby too. Inside the cabin is amazing and has deservedly won a Sykes Gems award. It’s comfortable, warm, and modern, with two good clean bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to cater for six of us. We are board games fans, so the large dining table was a great bonus for us as well! Owner Jenny looked after us well, checking in to make sure we’d arrived OK, and responded quickly when we had a question about how to get hold of some of the delicious locally-produced cider – also highly recommended! We definitely will be booking a return visit.

“The location was lovely and safe for our 3year old grandchildren who enjoyed running around in the spacious garden.”

We enjoyed watching the sheep in the fields around us and visits by hares,squirrels,rabbits and many different wild birds . The cabin is quite spacious for 4 adults and 2 toddlers with very comfortable beds. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise and the kitchen included a fridge freezer which was a great help when catering for all the family. It was a great pleasure to meet Jenny, our host, who made us feel very welcome. We visited Malvern for the country show, West Midland safari park. The Wyre Forest Gruffalo trail and the Little Owl Farm Park. We will certainly be visiting again. Highly recommended for all age groups

The owners are nearby and are on-hand should there be any problems. The welcome goodies were much appreciated. Everything that we needed was there - we cooked every evening and the pans, utensils, etc, were perfect. We had lovely weather most days and made good use of the decked area to eat our meals. Beds were extremely comfortable and we slept well. The location is perfect to get into Worcester and visit nearby National Trust and English Heritage gardens / properties. As two of us have mobility issues, the property and ramp access into it worked well.

Cosy & comfortable, it had everything we needed with good quality fixtures & fittings. We slept soundly in great beds, despite Storm Gerrit's best efforts at disruption. Jenny was welcoming and helpful, providing a high chair and extra food storage for Christmas Dinner, as well as a farm tour in the rain. Remote & quiet but with easy access to Worcester & its surrounds by car. One of the best holiday lets we've ever had. Thank you.

The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The beds were super comfy which made sleeping an absolute dream. Waking up to views of nature in the orchard was amazing, and the boys had plenty of space to let off energy! Jenny and Martin were the perfect hosts, answering any questions we had. We even arranged a tour of their working farm and the children got to help feed the calves and collect the eggs from the chicken coop. I am sure we will be back to stay again!

Facilities described are exactly what you get and fulfil all our holiday requirements; cannot fault the accomodation, cleanliness and preparation; thank you Jenny. Sitting outside on the decking with a drink in the warm twilight watching night fall, the view of woodland and orchards through an advancing low level mist, listening to and spotting the wildlife (deer, foxes, hares, numerous types of birds... and bats), simply wonderful and relaxing. Will definitely stay again. Thanks again Jenny for another great stay.

“Cabin was very clean, beds comfortable and showers excellent.”

Location is along a narrow country lane - we found it easily with directions from the owner but would recommend arriving in daylight! It is lovely and quiet and secluded in a rural setting and an easy few miles drive to Worcester and nearby attractions including several good National Trust properties. It is also only 15 minutes away from the Curradine Barns wedding venue in Shrawley which was the reason we chose this location. It may be worth noting on the website that the fridge is small with only a small icebox so don't arrive with a large meal supply for 6 people. Plenty of shops and eating places in the area. The owners were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our visit to their farm further along the lane, which is a bonus feature of this property.

“A really lovely cosy lodge.”

Spotlessly clean with everything you need for a comfortable weeks holiday. The setting is beautiful with a view of trees out of every window,and so quiet (no traffic noise at all). Good quality outside furniture overlooking a safe area for children to play without disturbing anyone else. Although the property is in a rural location it's within easy reach of Worcester with plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants. Would highly recommend this property and would love to return when we can.

The accomodation was spacious and comfortable, extremely clean and well prepared with all the facilities you will require - the "welcome pack" is a lovely touch. The situation is stunning, next to a Victorian orchard, mostly surrounded by woodland with spectacular views across the orchard and adjacent fields. And it's peaceful: more often than not all you can hear is the countryside devoid of all human made noise. Enjoy the silence whilst you watch the wildlife. I'm sure we'll book again Do so yourself or you'll never know what you're missing.

“Fantastic secluded break.”

Has everything you need to enjoy your break. The owners are really nice and nothing is too much. The welcome pack was a great suprise and went down a treat. The masons arms is only a 45 min walk through the fields following the national trials and our reward was fantastic pub food that was amazing. We will be coming back again!

The outside space is amazing, brilliant for ball games with no close neighbours to disturb. We were lucky to go at the right time of year to enjoy a tour of the farm, see Sheep shearing, calf feeding and do some egg collecting. The owners were friendly and helpful and provided loads of useful information. The Lodge is based in a lovely area, with lots of days out closeby as well as lovely pubs to eat out. A wonderful, peaceful holiday. Would highly recommend.

Top Style Orchard is a wonderful single-storey timber lodge resting within an orchard on the owner's farm in Hallow, near Lower Broadheath, in Worcestershire.

Hosting three bedrooms, including a king-size (zip/link) with en-suite shower room and two twins (zip/link), along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to six guests.

There is an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric stove-effect fire, and a boot room.

Outside there is off-road parking for three cars and a decked area with furniture.

A pretty village set just outside of the picturesque city of Worcester, near the Malvern Hills AONB in Worcestershire. Hallow is a lovely base for a relaxing getaway, with a 17th century gastropub and a convenience store for your daily essentials. It is a wonderful area for exploring the outdoors, with the Malvern Hills, the Cotswolds and the Shropshire Hills all easily accessible, boasting a number of opportunities for walkers and cyclists, all surrounded by incredible natural beauty. Worcester makes for an excellent day out, it offers an array of amenities in some beautiful buildings. There are several National Trust properties nearby including Elgar’s Birthplace, Hanbury Hall and Croome Court. The West Midland Safari Park and the Severn Valley Railway are less than an hour’s drive away.
