Fairoaks Barns

Ledbury 5.1 miles.

Set on a farm complex in a stunning, countryside setting in Hollybush, Herefordshire is this stunning collection of barn conversions, Fairoaks Barns.

Extravagant and perfect for a large group gathering, these stunning properties have everything from parking, to a heated swimming pool, and are set in the ultimate location for a peaceful break, while enjoying close proximity to the nearby historic town of Ledbury.

Each property has unique design, but all offer a wealth of characterful features, including exposed beams, vaulted ceilings and Velux windows.

The Millhouse is the largest of the properties, complete with a reverse-level layout and sunken sitting area.

The top floor of The Millhouse enjoys the master suite, home to a stunning freestanding, roll-top, claw-foot bathtub.

Next is The Stables, which sits in a private corner of the farm and is fit with bedrooms across the ground and first floors, ideal for those with limited mobility.

The master suite of this room rests on the first floor and has an in-room bath and Juliet balcony where you can let the outdoors in.

Brimming with character and spacious design, with a show-stopping antler chandelier, The Stables has it all.

Moving through the site, The Piggery is the only fully ground-floor property of the group, with two beautifully-presented bedrooms.

Rather than the open-plan style the rest of the properties follow, The Piggery hosts a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a kitchen/diner, for when you want to cosy up away from the rest of the group.

Last but certainly not least is The Carthouse, where a spiral, cast iron staircase greets you on arrival with aplomb.

Two bedrooms and a gorgeous, bright and airy energy flowing through the space, The Carthouse is perfect for smaller families within your group.

Be sure to make the most of The Pool House, home to an inviting, heated, indoor swimming pool, along with handy shower rooms, changing rooms and WCs, meaning you can spend a few hours at a time enjoying this fabulous feature.

The real draw for The Pool House is its generous kitchen/diner, an unbeatable social hub for a special occasion among loved ones.

Whatever your celebration, choose Fairoaks Barns for an unforgettable holiday.
