Accommodation was excellent well equipped great to have en-suite in both bedrooms comfortable seating everything you need for an enjoyable stay the weather was ideal and fans provided for us to cool down the view from the lodge is beautiful and lots of birds and wildlife to see thank you very much for a lovely break

Beautiful surroundings in the middle of the countryside, this is an ideal relaxing holiday getaway.

Natalie and her family have created something very special at the Barn.

The accommodation is of the highest order, and they provide everything you could possible need. The location over looking the lake is ideal for those who seek a quiet relaxing break. However the abundance of wildlife will keep you entertained from dawn till dusk. I am already planning my next adventure. AC

This is our 2nd time at the Barn, we came back because it’s a perfect holiday home.

The beds are extremely comfortable and the en-suite showers is fabulous. The living space is contemporary and again comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen with everything you need. The decking outside is particularly pretty with the outlook over the large pond. We saw a Kingfisher, it sat on the fence….amazing, we also saw Deer on the other side of the pond, squirrel and the Heron along with lots of other birds. This is such a idilic getaway and me and my friend spent a relaxing week together catching up. Natalie was super helpful as always even though she was on holiday herself, sorry Natalie

Absolutely stunning.

This was a business trip made so much enjoyable by coming back to a fantastic rental. Just perfect. Also astonishing hosts. Extremely helpful with supersonic responses and instant resolutions to anything required. Highly recommended property.

Sadly we felt we had no option but to leave this property due to insufficient cleanliness of the appliances which need a deep clean in particular the fridge and oven.

On arrival the outside of the property looked sad with a shrivelled pot of plants and other areas in the property had a build up of dirt. A huge let down as the outlook looked fab

Very clean and well-presented.

A lovely little idyll with views over the beautiful garden and pond. We had a lovely time here and there were so many things to do locally.

We booked the 2 properties and took our friends for 3 nights.

The accommodation was perfect and the view over the lake was superb. We relaxed on the veranda each night and we will be back again next year.

Lovely property, well maintained and the owners are very welcoming.

This was our third visit, however the last two were in the summer, so seeing the Mill Pond in Spring was a delight. Greeted each morning by the sounds of ducks, geese, moorhens and birds tweeting. There were numerous birds on the bird feeder , including a woodpecker chaffinch and tree creeper!!!

The details of the property and the access instructions were fine and we enjoyed entering the unit to find it clean, warm and welcoming.

We slept well and the kitchen and bathroom facilities were all good. We didn’t find the sofa very comfortable as we are not used to that style and it took me a while to try to understand the heating. It was winter so we did not venture onto the deck but was glad we took our binoculars to enjoy the bird life. As a location it is close to interesting places in all directions and I’m sure there are plenty of walks to be enjoyed in better weather. It served its purpose and we enjoyed our stay.

Very good property in an idyllic location overlooking a mill pond.

Excellent parking, WiFi and TV. However there were a few fairly minor issues that detracted from the overall experience: The fridge was small and unstable underneath the kitchen worktop and was awkward to use. The en-suite bathroom in the right-hand bedroom lacked a proper toilet roll holder, and the mirror unit was too low above the wash-hand basin making it difficult for face washing. None of the chairs in the living room were comfortable.

My sister and I (plus my 2 children) had a fantastic stay at The Barn.

We had a lovely four day stay at the Barn celebrating our daughters birthday.

The weather was perfect as were the surroundings. The lake was so beautiful and there was lots of wildlife to appreciate including the owners dogs who always came to say hello! The property was equipped to a high standard and very comfortable. We would not hesitate in recommending this property.

I’m quite OCD with cleaning so I usually struggle staying away from home. The lodge was mega clean, and cosy! Loved the decor too. I had an amazing sleep the bed was very comfy. I felt completely zen staying here and I’m so gutted being home! The scenery is amazing and I loved watching wildlife and seeing the dogs!

We had a wonderful stay at The Barn.

The property itself is comfortable, cosy and very well equipped. The view of the mill pond is relaxing and the overall location is great. The host was very informative and quick to respond with a query that we had. We would like to return in the summer with the whole family and have both properties and make use of the beautiful deck and bbq area. 11/10

This is a fabulous location within easy reach of town and leisure locations I have found all we needed to dine well with the appliances down to a heated wine fridge !

The Barn is a luxury rural property - very comfortable and warm in the most beautiful setting overlooking the Mill pond with its abundance of wildlife.

The strategically placed bird feeder attracted and we saw many garden birds, moorhens, ducks, a woodpecker, a kingfisher and a heron. Natalie and Sharon were fabulous hosts. The property is very secure with electric gates at the entrance.

My friend and I had a wonderful 4 night stay in the Barn, we picked it for the 2 bedrooms and en-suite which were fantastic, big shower.

The Barn was high end and had everything we needed, particularly loved sitting out on the decking and watching the birds visiting the feeders, even saw the Kingfisher on the pond (more like a lake) it was so relaxing and it was exactly what 2 old friends needed for a get together. Natalie was lovely, introduced herself and recommended a pub for Sunday lunch which was a super choice. Their dogs came & said hello, beautiful dogs and very friendly but don’t feed them as they get too fat

We really enjoyed our stay in the The Barn.

It is set in a peaceful rural location but not far from Worcester where there are plenty of interesting things to do. The Barn has been beautifully decorated and has all the facilities you need.

All I can say is wow.

We had a fabulous week at The Barn. The accommodation had everything you could ask for, the beds were comfy and a lovely large shower. But for us it was also the setting, views and wildlife that made the week. A fabulous large deck overlooking the pool meant we could daily watch the heron, ducks, moorhens, dragonflies, birds and otter but on the last day to our delight the deer came to the waters edge to drink! Also great location for visiting local attractions. Thank you Natalie you were a brilliant hostess, it was lovely to meet you and we can't wait to come back x

We loved our stay at The Barn.

It had everything we needed and was perfect with 2 children, plenty of space for them to play. It was so peaceful and quiet which is exactly what we wanted but still close enough to all attractions we wanted to visit. The hosts were very helpful also answering all questions super quick. We will definitely be back!

Well equipped and very high standard holiday let.

Beautiful surroundings and the view from the decking was wonderful to see every morning ! Far enough away from the general hustle and bustle of life but close enough to visit places of interest. Can't wait to go back !

Everything was lovely.

This property was almost perfect - exceptionally clean and with very comfortable beds.

The only drawback was the size of the bedrooms which were very snug! Otherwise we loved it.

We really enjoyed our break at The Barn : it was nicely furnished, very clean and had everything we needed.

The scones, jam and cream were a lovely surprise and much appreciated - also plenty of loo rolls ( a sign of generosity that many other places lack, weirdly ). There was some faint noise from next door but as it's a semi, that's to be allowed for : it wasn't excessive. I loved watching the birds on the feeders and around the property - such a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. I suspect we'll be back...

We had a really lovely stay in the Barn.

Kitchen was very well equipped and everything was provided for. The views of the pond were amazing and we loved the welcome gifts. That was a nice touch. Beds were comfy and the showers were great. Beautiful decor in the place too and everything was exceptionally clean. Overall, probably one of the best stays we’ve had (and we’ve had a lot). Would highly recommend.

Wonderful place to relax in the countryside.

Lovely peaceful accommodation overlooking the pond ideal for watching the ducks, heron, woodpeckers and was delighted to see a kingfisher.

The Barn was spotlessly clean and equipped with all you need on holiday even binoculars to view the birds. Would highly recommend and would certainly return in the future.

Excellent chalet in really secluded spot overlooking the small lake.

We were just the 2 of us as next door were also just a couple. So we enjoyed the solitude. Just be aware that the 2 chalets are one wooden building, so noisy neighbours could be a disadvantage as highlighted by other reviews. Natalie was a gracious host and made us very welcome. Beautiful property in good location for doing lots of things around the West Midlands.

The cottage is well equipped and immaculate. There’s also a laundry available to use. Only issue we had was finding the property when we first arrived. All in all a great stay

Comfortable, modern cottage with beautiful deck overlooking the lake.

Slightly less space than we expected from the listing and the relatively high price compared to places we have stayed previously i.e. no family bathroom and living space smaller than it seemed from the photos. We think it should be made clearer from the listing that the cottage is one of two neighbouring properties that share the deck; also that the washing/drying facilities are shared with the neighbours. But we had a pleasant stay, thank you.

Fabulous little hidden gem in beautiful surroundings.

The perfect place to escape to for some peace and quiet. The barn was well equipped and very comfortable with beautiful furnishings. The welcome box was a lovely gesture. We had daily visits from the woodpecker and heron and the ducks became our friends courtesy of some duck food purchased from Jinney Ring craft centre (well worth a visit). All in all a lovely week and we were sad to leave. We would highly recommend the barn and hope to return soon.

We visited many places and enjoyed the peacefulness of the setting whilst watching the varied wildlife in and around the mill pond. We would love to return again.

A peaceful, tranquil setting made this break enjoyable.

Well situated to explore much of Worcs without having to travel too far.

This place wad amazing, so quiet and peaceful apart from the mower which was going most days all days we were there.

The Barn is extremely comfortable and beautifully clean set in wonderful surroundings.

The pictures didn’t really do justice to the cottage.

It could have been called “Birdsong” rather than “The Barn”, as it is the first thing you hear when you wake up and continues in the background all day. We’ve stayed in quality cottages before, and at others the main failing is very limited places to put your clothes. Here both bedrooms were well equipped for storage. The en-suites both had excellent rainfall showers, and the living/dining/kitchen area was well furnished including an Alexa and the TV bracket meant you could comfortably watch it from anywhere in the room. The deck is a wonderful place to unwind.

Great place to relax and see the sights.

Many attractions to see and also great local walks. Woodpeckers, Kingfishers, Herons, Birds of prey and lots of other birds just outside the patio to see everyday. Kitchen needs a smaller frying pan and everyday saucepans. Lovely hosts and a place to revisit in the future.

We really enjoyed our holiday at the Barn , was in a absolutely gorgeous setting.

The barn was lush and had more than everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

What a beautiful place to stay!

The accommodation is beautifully designed and super comfortable. The view from the decking over the pond is glorious - the perfect place to sit with a glass of wine, watch the chickens and kingfishers, and listen to the blackbirds. We loved the photographs of this property, but the reality is even better I think.
