Eleri Cottage is a lovely property in a good location.

It is well-equipped, well-maintained, and very clean and tidy.

One of the best cottages we have ever stayed in - and we have been using cottages for over 20 years!

The owners have thought of everything to make a stay here comfortable and enjoyable. The cottage is ideally situated with walks pubs and the town all within easy walking distance. We wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and to recommend to others.

I’ve never stayed in such a well equipped property!

The weather was perfect so we sat in the garden a lot and admired the hill behind us. We were able to walk into the town and did the length of the Malvern hills, stunning. The men played golf and we even managed a day at the Hay festival.

The cottage had everything we needed. Everything was thought of . The hamper and the treats for the dogs was a lovely gesture. It was in a perfect location. A short walk to the town and also to the Malvern hills for lots of walks with the dogs . Had a lovely garden, very peaceful and a proper bakery a few minutes walk away which didn't do our waistlines any good . I would definitely recommend it and we would love to return one day . Eleri Cottage is a beautiful spacious clean property.

It is very well equipped. We had a brilliant week here and would return if we were in the area. Plenty of room for 2 big cars. Perfect location for exploring area and a lovely bakery and pub within a very short stagger. Paul and Tamsin are great hosts.

This was the best equipped rental property we have ever stayed in catering for young and old plus our four legged friends.

Appreciated the extensive tourist information and loved the fact/fiction book case. The cottage was very cosy/comfortable with an excellent quality kitchen. A lovely place to stay tucked away behind the shops within waking distance of the hills and Great Malvern.

The dog proof garden was a bonus for us. The cottage itself is very well presented with comfortable beds, good quality furniture and nice extra touches. The owners have thought of everything and are available to answer any questions. We cannot recommend highly enough.

Lovely cottage.

Spacious, clean, well presented and everything you need was provided. The location was perfect for exploring the Malvern Hills and surrounding areas. The only minor negatives are the narrow driveway, tight parking area for two cars and some of the external garden furniture has perhaps seen better days. Overall we would definitely recommend this accommodation.

It is beautifully and generously equipped and very comfortable. The snug is perfect for teenagers and there is space for people to spread themselves in the house or garden. The dog felt safe and settled happily after exploring the ground floor and garden

Dogs were well catered for and the garden secure. Great location a few minutes drive from the centre of Malvern and many other towns within 20 minutes - so a great base. The house is at the bottom of a bank. We would definitely return here if revisiting the area. Thank you .

We had an amazing week stay.

Eleri cottage is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean throughout and very spacious, six adults and a pooch and never felt cramped at all. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need plus extras including tin foil, baking paper, food bags, dishwasher tablets the list goes on. Three large bedrooms all with immaculate bedding and soft fluffy towels and a hairdryer in each. And the two big bathrooms and extra toilet were great for our family of six. Our little dog loved exploring the lovely garden while we sat relaxing, watching the little robins and squirrels and enjoying a glass of wine that the owners had kindly left for our arrival along with some deluxe chocolate, tea bags, coffee, milk and some gorgeous fresh flowers. They even brought some doggy digestives so no-one felt left out. Dog bed, toys, poop bags and a dog first aid kit also supplied. The cottage is situated in a quiet location but still in good walking reach of Malvern town centre and perfect for exploring the Malvern hills and surrounding areas. All in all we had a fantastic week and it's clear to see Tam and Paul put their heart and soul into their cottage to ensure you have the perfect stay. A huge thank you to both. If we could give ten stars we would. We will definitely be returning next year.

A wonderful cottage which is extremely well equipped.

A good location for visiting many attractions around the Malvern area. The owners have through of everything which makes the stay much more comfortable and pleasant. It's easy to see the owners take care of this property, unlike so many others run by 3rd party agents. A great stay, highly recommended.

It was a peaceful place to relax but still within walking distance of central Malvern. Tam & Paul made us very welcome and then left us to enjoy our stay, they were friendly and responsive when needed. We had a great time.

It is very well appointed and there are many extras. It had everything. The garden is dog proof. We loved being able to walk the dog on the common and to walk into Great Malvern centre. A few essential shops nearby.

Amazing cottage dogs love it has did we , owners covered everything for dogs bed blankets.

Dog shampoo etc , house is close to town centre , supermarkets less then 5 mins drive away lots of walks , nec is hour away a perfect house thank you again .

We booked this property as a family get together, including 2 dogs, to celebrate 2 birthdays.

The cottage provided everything we could ask for, which helped make it a special occasion. The owners also kindly advised where to get cakes and flowers locally, which were also 5 stars. Altogether we were extremely happy with our choice of cottage.

Eleri Cottage is brilliant.

Absolutely sparkling clean and the best equipped place we've stayed in, with so many thoughtful touches. The owners are so helpful and friendly. Very handy for the town and for walking. We had a wonderful week with lots of great walks, shopping and a trip to the theatre. I'm sure we'll be back.

Eleri cottage was one of the most comfortable holiday lets we have stayed in.

It was a real home away from home with every amenity provided. The location was convenient for getting both into and out of town and the layout was fantastic for a family of four with no one getting in any ones way but at the same time being extremely cozy. We would highly recommend Eleri cottage to anyone looking for either a short or longer break.

Lovely, clean cottage.

Everything you could think of was in the cottage making it feel like home from home. The extras were a very welcome touch, milk, flowers, wine, chocolate etc. We really did have a fantastic time and would recommend this cottage to anyone. Cottage was scrupulously in all areas with immaculate bedding. There are some great touches around the Cottage to make it quaint and homely, there was much discussion on what the character on the stairs was, a dressed stand up Badger was my shout :), I think I was wrong. In a great location to explore the Malvern Hills and experience some of the fab eateries, too many to mention. I have to say the Nags head ( 2 mins walk) did a great Steak and Ale Pie was delish and filling , with a great atmosphere. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your lovey Cottage Tony

A very comfortable house in a beautiful area.

We so enjoyed walking in the Malvern countryside, up hill and down dell,visiting Ledbury, Elgars birthplace and trips to a concert ( male voice choir)and an Abba tribute group at the theatre. So many thanks to Paul and Tamsin,our hosts,such nice people! We plan to return next year!

Comfortable beds, excellent bath and shower rooms. Garden needs a bit of a face lift. The owner was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to friends.

We had a fantastic week staying here as a group of 4 adults and three fury friends. The house has every conceivable piece of equipment in the kitchen which makes life so easy when cooking at home. Having the two big bathrooms and a seperate downstairs cloakroom was a real bonus. Many thanks to the owners for the lovely welcome gift pack and all the doggy equipment.

It was an idyllic stay in this lovely cottage and area.

We were a party of 5 adults and 2 dogs and we had plenty of room for the week. Lots of thought has been put into the detail of what holidaymakers might need whilst away and the owners were friendly and on hand if you’d needed anything. A very comfortable home from home with great amenities nearby for eating and dog walking. I’d definitely recommend.

Eleri Cottage is a perfect base for exploring Malvern.

Walking distance to town centre and Malvern Priory. The hills very close drive and then loads of walks. The owners live nearby but are not intrusive but very responsive with any queries. Our dogs loved their stay as well. Plenty of room both inside and out. The cottage itself is absolutely gorgeous with everything you could possibly need. The garden is beautiful. We will definitely be returning.

Eleri is the most beautiful cottage that we have ever stayed in.

This was our second visit and we hope to stay again and again to visit our family in the local area. Not only is Eleri of 5 star standard (the cottage is immaculate and the special touches are everywhere to be seen), it's Paul and Tamsin that make this such a wonderful place. They give such a warm welcome and the thoughtfulness of them is outstanding. Paul and Tamsin provided us with an Easter egg hunt for our four children which they absolutely loved and the most beautiful arrival hamper. I can't recommend Eleri highly enough to you. Wonderful stay at eleri cottage, fantastic for large groups of people and large dogs, the garden is secure with is a massive plus for us.

We had a great holiday in the most amazing cottage, the property had everything you may want and more.

Comfortable sofa , chairs and beds, plenty of space for our party of six adults and our four little dogs Can really recommend this property , the owners were welcoming and friendly We have booked again for next year !

The property was booked to host a joint birthday family gathering of 6 adults that also needed to accomodate 2 canine guests.

We were all absolutely bowled over by Eleri Cottage. Tamsin & Paul seem to have thought of everything to make the place so welcoming and a real home from home. There really was nothing that we needed that hadn't already been thought of and catered for, both for us and the dogs. Only a short walk from shops and restaurants but hidden away from any hustle and bustle, it is the perfect secret escape. Eleri Cottage certainly exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed the most wonderful time there.

A lovely well managed property, in Newtown between New and Gt Malvern. Ideally located with walks nearby and local shops and services. If it’s wet there is plenty to do locally, if it’s dry the garden and local walks offer all you could need. Already thinking about when I can come back again. Can’t wait!

Fabulous Cottage, Lovely Area.

Perfect Stay. Eleri Cottage is a credit to the owners. Everything we wanted for a relaxing break away with friends. Directions were clear & precise, plenty of parking. A cosy but large cottage where friends/ family can gather but also have space from each other if required with the living room & snug available on the ground floor. Also ground floor bathroom with both bath & walk in shower & w/c. Additionally downstairs w/c by the utility room. I have restricted mobility so all of this was important to me when booking ( not Disabled accommodation but well thought out & safe) 2 steps up into living room but you can see this on the pictures & the steps are wide, safe & accessible. Living area very comfy & a bonus to have netflix available for a cosy winter night in watching a film. DVD'S too. Excellent lighting throughout, especially up the stairs. Bedrooms spacious & comfortable owners have thought of everything. Large bathroom upstairs too with walk in shower & w/c. Garden is private & secure we didn't take my dog or any children but would be happy to do so. The area is lovely, Tamsin recommended some places to eat & we also cooked. Kitchen .has everything you need. Owners available by phone/ text but not intrusive at all. A great welcome with flowers,wine & treat hamper left for us. Beautiful area, fabulous spotless, peaceful, cosy cottage. We will return again.

Absolutely superb.

The cottage lacked for nothing. I cannot recommend it too highly. We had a fantastic stay and the dogs loved it! It is also a lovely area to explore. We climbed to the Worcestershire beacon and the views are amazing.

Upon arrival Tamsin had left us a wonderful hamper and she had taken the time time to decorate the house with Halloween decorations. We had amazing weather for this time of year which added to the magic of a family holiday. Thank you Tamsin and Paul.

it is fastidiously clean and equipped.there is space galore throughout the property.very very quiet,local shops nearby.walkable into malvern.large comfortable garden to sit in.the owners are lovely people to speak to.but back to the property,all of our party.fell in love with it ,it was beautiful a credit to the owners.

Nothing was too much for them The cottage is beautiful, amazing surroundings and very well looked after with all the mod cons, it is cosy and homely with everything you need, on arrival there was a lovely hamper full of essentials and a lovely welcoming bottle of Prosecco and flowers. It was an amazing start to our holiday. The whole family were sad to leave!

To celebrate a sixtieth birthday we chose to meet "in the middle" and booked "Eleri Cottage".

It was a great choice! The hosts were kind, welcoming and generous. The house and its garden was absolutely gorgeous, fully equipped with beautiful and delightful touches throughout. Overall it couldn't be faulted and I think it was one of our best week-end stays ever.

Perfect for dogs,with a lovely enclosed garden. Shame our weather was not great, but the Malvern area is beautiful, and not at all commercialised. We would highly recommend The Nags Head as the local pub, always busy!

Superb cottage in a lovely location.

We’ve visited many places over the years and this is one of the best. Immaculately clean and all the facilities you want and lots of little extra features that make it like a home from home. The hosts live nearby and were friendly and helpful, there if you need them. The cottage itself is very spacious and just tucked away from the street, with a nice garden at the front. Great Malvern is a 10 minute walk away with lots of shops, restaurants, takeaways and pubs. It’s also well placed for lots of day trips out as well as walking around the hills themselves. We definitely intend to return to this cottage one day.

The property is presented to a high standard and the layout works well for entertaining.

The front garden is nice for relaxing in and secure for dogs. The kitchen is fitted out to a very high standard and good quality. 2 TV's with Netflix and Prime are good if the weather is poor. Only negative was the restricted access which was a bit tight for our camper van. Generally very pleased with cottage and would happily stay again.

This is a fabulous cottage and had everything we needed.

The space was perfect both inside and out. Really clean and bright. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. Owners were on hand should we have had any problems (we didn’t) but did help us with recommendations for takeaways! Highly recommend.

Fantastic Cottage

This is the second time we have been to Eleri cottage and again we can say it was a wonderful experience for our family including young children.

The location is so good for walking the hills, getting into town and access to the common and local parks. ( and local shop). It is a very comfortable cottage with flexible accommodation and garden to suit family needs. The owners have thought of everything. (And they ensured we knew how to contact them in case of need). Cannot recommend it highly enough.

This is a wow, wow, wow property!

We have rented for 12 years with Sykes and this is the best that we have stayed in. Everything is immaculate and well thought out. Beautiful furnishings, kitchen, crockery, lovely beds and as my daughters said, it's like a boutique hotel (not that we have ever stayed in one!). So many little touches. A really lovely garden, though the highlight for us was Tamsin and Paul. Such lovely, kind people who really spoiled us all. We have already booked again!

The cottage itself was charming and had everything we needed for the weekend. It's only a short walk to the center of the town, and to the start of several different trails up to the top of the hill. This house is truly fantastic my wife and i have stayed in self catering accommodation all over the UK and France this is the best we’ve stayed in absolutely spotless and the best equipped we ever stayed in everything you could possibly need, lovely and warm within walking distance of shops and pubs friendly locals great walking area.

I loved the little touches (cotton wool pads/hand soap/weighing scales/dog beds & bowls & treats & dog poo bin/child’s crockery & even bath toys!) these are rarely provided in a holiday home but make all the difference. Absolutely fabulous , my only problem now is that we are going to find it difficult for any holiday cottage to live up to Eleri Cottage.

It`s not just about the cottage that makes your stay brilliant at Eleri. The owners Tamsin and Paul`s attention to detail and thoughtfulness was incredible. They had left a goodie bag out for Louie our 7 yr old. Flowers for us on arrival as well as a hamper full of goodies. After agreeing we could let off a few fireworks for our little boy, they then bought a fire pit to use. On the day we were to let off the fireworks, we returned from our walk to find marshmallows in abag hanging from the door. It was better than staying with friends ha! ha! The cottage itself was superb spacious, cosy , very well equipped, and attention to detail with notes explaining how things worked . Also little post it notes indicating were usb sockets were on the wall plug sockets. I could go on and on but I suggest you just go and stay with them. A real home for the Christmas holidays.

Perfect stay for us to visit our family and friends in the area. The cottage was beautifully decorated, well thought out and we easily hosted Christmas day lunch with our family. Tamsin & Paul are very helpful and friendly, accommodating to all our needs. The cottage is in a great location for Malvern town & walks on the hills. The driveway down to the cottage itself is a bit tricky and steep. Location wise It feels very secluded and quiet. Ideal stay anytime of the year.

Lovely stay at Elveri cottage during November.

Milk, hamper and flowers on arrival made us feel very welcome. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Lovely big kitchen with everything you might need, spacious modern bathrooms, comfortable beds and tastefully furnished throughout. Lots of lovely touches make this feel Iike a loved home rather than a holiday rental property. Would love to return in the summer months to enjoy the outside spaces. Perfect location for a stroll into town or walking the hills without having to get take the car every time.

The property was clean, cosy and had a lovely enclosed garden and patio. Little touches from the wide choice of books, the welcome advent calendar, ear plugs, dog biscuits and a lovely Christmas tree made our early family Christmas worth the 2-year wait. Cannot recommend enough

We were very pleased with this cottage which was in an ideal position to visit Malvern and the surrounding areas.

Paul and Tamsin were very attentive and caring without being intrusive. Everything was exceptionally clean and the beds were all comfortable. They ensured that we had everything we needed for our 22 month granddaughter. We were very sad to have to leave early due to an urgent medical appointment. We would definitely return to this cottage. Thank you for everything Paul and Tamsin.

A wonderful, beautifully appointed cottage at the base of the Malvern Hills.

The owners are delightful and couldn't have been more helpful, even leaving treats and a toy for our dog. I would highly recommend staying at Eleri Cottage.

Cottage was completely fine but the driveway down to the cottage off the road is extremely tight.

It is only about 2 inches wider than the car on each side and it was very difficult and stressful to manoeuvre. We would not have booked had we seen a picture or known about how the cottage was accessed before. We ended up using a car park out on the main road which was not ideal.

The cottage was first class ,everything you might require is provided.

It's in an excellent location and the owners are very friendly and will do all they can to make your stay perfect. Would definitely return in the future.

The property was very clean and comfortable with excellent facilities, and the owners were clearly putting a lot of time and effort into ensuring that everything was in order. The location was quiet and secluded, but within easy walking distance of both Great Malvern and the northern end of the hills. Highly recommended.

Eleri was an amazing home from home, clean and extremely comfortable!

The house had everything you could possibly need, all the little touches were just perfect! And most of all very welcoming of our 2 dogs, who have the most amazing welcome pack! Paul and Tamsin were the perfect hosts who could not of been more helpful! We had a fantastic stay and would definitely like to return in the future and will highly recommend Eleri cottage to our friends and family.

This cottage exceeded our expectations.

Plenty of room for our family of 4 and two dogs. The cottage is decorated beautifully and has everything you need (and more). We particularly liked the welcome pack for our dogs. They loved the blankets and slept on them all week! The cottage is close to lots of places of interest and a short walk from the centre of town. The garden was beautiful and so peaceful to sit and relax in or have a BBQ (everything provided). Our hosts were amazing and made sure we had everything we needed, gave us advice for places to eat out or visit and made our stay stress free which was just what we needed. One of the best holiday cottages we have stayed in and we can’t wait to visit again,

It is very tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished and has a pleasing ambience inside and outside in the attractive gardens. Situated down a quiet lane it is only a few minutes' walking distance from the lovely town centre of Malvern and also the Malvern Hills. We had a most restful stay and would recommend it unreservedly.

Everything you could need is catered for....very dog friendly with treats,blankets and beds. Children will enjoy the games and the space....there’s even a snug to read,draw,play or watch a film. A perfect base in the perfect spot to enjoy this amazing part of our country. We’ll be back for sure...

Eleri Cottage is the best property that we have stayed at, since we started using Sykes, a fair few years ago.

I would personally give it a 5 star - 100% rating. The cleanliness and thought that has gone in to the design and furnishing of Eleri Cottage, is well above and beyond. Everything was really well explained, when it came to the appliances in the property. There are laminated instruction leaflets on display - which were really helpful. The cleanliness was immaculate, and even cleaner than that. The beds are really comfortable, and the whole layout of the house is appealing. The garden is a place that you could easily spend all day, listening to the birds chirping, and having a coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine a bit later in the day. Tamsin and Paul - The cottage owners, were 'super friendly' and helpful. I really enjoyed meeting them, and it was completely evident, that they truly are genuine and caring people. To summarise. Would we stay at Eleri Cottage again? Yes we would. Will we be returning to Eleri Cottage in the future? Try and stop us. The town of Malvern, and the beautiful hills and countryside surrounding it, really is a place to go to feel inspired, and to re-charge your batteries. If the weather is rubbish whilst you stay there - Don't panic. You will feel inspired and re-charged, even if you didn't leave the cottage. Eleri Cottage was the highlight of our week. Thank you. This is an excellent holiday cottage for a family.

Great location, between Malvern Link and Great Malvern. The owners Tamsin and Paul live next door and couldn’t have been more helpful and eager to ensure we had a good holiday. The house is really well appointed, with loads of extras you don’t normally get in a holiday rental: coffee machine, fully equipped, large kitchen, juicer, nice pots and pans and even some recipe books. There’s also a second fridge in the utility. The layout is great: big living room with nice comfy couch, big TV and a sunny bay window to sit in; large dining area and a separate little TV room with books and DVD and a little candy machine for the kids, thoughtfully filled with candy and tokens. There’s a full bathroom with bath and separate shower downstairs, and another loo off the utility area. Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms: a double-aspect master bedroom with double bed; a twin room and a third room with bunk beds (1 double) and a large bathroom. There’s also a pull out bed in the playroom downstairs. Both TVs have Netflix if the kids want to go off and watch their own shows. There’s a nice sunny private front garden as well as a courtyard out the back. Everything in the house feels very fresh and new, clearly a lot of love and taste has gone into it, right down to details like a good hairdryer, hotel toiletries, cleaning products and dishwasher tablets in the kitchen. The owners also provided a little care package with tea, coffee, chocolate, a bottle of wine, milk in the fridge and even a vase of fresh flowers. Location-wise, it’s an easy walk to Great Malvern if you want to start your hillwalk there. The local pub The Nag’s Head is a 5 minute walk, has a cute garden out the back and serves good Sunday lunch. We will definitely be back.

first xmas away and we couldn't have picked a better place!

owners Tamsin and Paul were great, friendly and helpful but never intrusive. cottage was warm and comfortable and owners had made every effort to make it festive including treats for the dogs ,hamper with food and wine even presents for our granddaughters. cottage is really well appointed and laid out with everything you could want. definitely will re book .absolutely reccomend. you can walk from the door if you like.

Area is very central to all amenities. Lovely hosts who have put a lot of thought into making Eleri Cottage the best holiday home we have stayed in with Sykes. Lovely touch having Xmas decorations up too which added to the homely feel. Would've happily stayed another week! Thank you for a great week.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable time at Eleri Cottage.

It was newly decorated and fitted out, very clean and well equipped. The location was ideal. You could walk from the house into the Malvern Hills and it was still within walking distance from the centre of Great Malvern. We took our coffee pot (not needed) and the forget to take it home. It was very promptly returned by the owners which was greatly appreciated. Couldn't recommend it more!

Cottage was clean and much larger than I thought.

Kitchen equipment was extensive and oven spotless and easy to use. Very narrow entrance down to cottage but was in between Chinese takeaway (which was excellent) and Off License. Access through garden involved stone steps which the elderly or infirm would find difficult but garden area beautiful. We had a glorious week weather wise and would have liked to have been able to use garden chair/beds which I feel should have been available. All in all a lovely cottage and a lovely touch was the basket of goodies in the kitchen.

The owners have thought of everything to ensure you have a great stay. A fantastic base to explore so many beautiful places and a great place to relax in comfort at night.

Even though it’s the mad world of 2020 there was lots to still do for are family from 3 years old to teenagers and adults. The location is stunning and the people are really nice. Our family would recommend this lovely cottage and will definitely be going back again
