The Cow Shed

What an excellent place to stay.

Close to a main road but totally secluded with a stunning view of the Malvern hills. Very friendly and helpful hosts add to the experience. It’s a great base for gastronomic tourism with a truly outstanding bakery, cider makers and an epic food store and butchers in town. Access to the property is almost level with just a couple of small steps to enter and a tiny step once inside. You can even charge your electric car there. Highly recommended.

Our second stay in the Cow Shed.

It's a lovely cottage, beautifully kitted out and the kitchen is well-equipped. Good linens, comfortable beds, super bathroom, and friendly, helpful hosts.

Andrew & Jane are very friendly & welcoming .

The accommodation is set on a farm and has fantastic views. The Cow Shed has an interesting history and has been really well converted in to an attractive, very comfortable and well appointed holiday let. It proved to be an excellent base for exploring the local area with lots to see and do. The availability of a car electric charger was a huge bonus as there are not currently many chargers around the area.

The Cow shed was lovely, we had a great time, house was spotless and had everything we needed.

The views of the countryside from the house are breathtaking and the kids enjoyed the tennis court for skating and running around. Would definitely recommend!!

The Cow Shed is an absolutely beautiful and extremely well equipped holiday home and to think it really was a Cow Shed is just amazing.

It has been a real labour of love and it shows from the second you walk in the door. I spent Christmas here and I was worrying beforehand if there would be enough to cook a Christmas dinner etc, well there was more than enough, I’ve never seen such a well equipped kitchen in all of the places I’ve stayed. Everything about the place is just gorgeous and the owners were so lovely too, Andrew even showed my children some of the old tractors he had been building which they loved to see! I would come back in a heartbeat and honestly it was very very sad to have to leave the place. Huge congrats to the owners on such a beautiful holiday cottage and all of the work they put into it, it really does show and it’s very much appreciated by those who get to experience it.

The Cow Shed really is what it says on the tin, but has been meticulously renovated into a very comfortable, modern space with all the facilities we look for in a self-cater property, including a well-equipped kitchen.

Access for those with poorer mobility is good, although there's a step to get in the front door and a shallow one between the living and sleeping areas. The location is very peaceful and rural, but is only a couple of minutes drive from Bromyard. Jane and Andrew were very friendly and were on hand to help with any questions, and it was great to be able to charge our EV on site - at a very reasonable per kWh rate.

View was lovely.

Very quiet there. Liked the pretty divider in the courtyard - not shown on photos. Couldn't always get hot water but didn't ask about it so can't complain! EV charging easy, cheap and efficient.

An absolutely fabulous home from home with fantastic host too.

The Cow Shed was absolutely perfect, very comfortable and had everything we needed.

My brother had passed away a week before our stay at the Cow Shed and I wasnt too sure whether we should have continued with our werkend away. As soon as I saw the old Bush radio when we arrived i knew we had made the right choice. We used to have one of them in our home growing up - I took it as a sign that everything was ok. A perfect weekrnd made even better.

Probably one of the best "cottages" I have stayed in and we have done quite a few.

The Cow Shed has been well built to a high standard, its well equipt and comfortable. The view from the front door is special. Andrew and Jane are very nice knowledgable hosts.

It is a superb conversion of old farm buildings with upmarket fixtures and fittings, every comfort and convenience, beautifully executed in a wonderful position with superb views. The owners, Jane and Andrew are very friendly and keen on making the visit as pleasant as possible.

Family members also booked the adjoining Keepers Barn so it was a perfect space for us all. The views are beautiful with great walks on the doorstep - heathland, woods and Brockhampton Estate. Owners are very welcoming and made our stay extra special. Thank you.

Excellent cottage, quiet area and the best we have been to with Sykes Cottages.

Everything provided by the owners, comfortable beds together with warm under floor heating. Lovely views over to Malvern.

We were blown away by the quality and cleanliness of The Cow Shed.

The photographs do not do it justice and don’t capture the beauty of the location or quality of the accommodation. The views are stunning and plenty of room for little ones to run around in an enclosed, safe space. We had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay. Beds were incredibly comfortable and the location is very peaceful so we slept well. Jane and Andrew were the perfect hosts. Friendly and accommodating. Nothing is too much. Knowledgable about the local and surrounding areas with great recommendations on things to do (especially for our toddler). There on the site if you need them but also give privacy. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We will be returning!

I had a wonderful stay at the Cowshed.

It was very clean, tidy and welcoming. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and didn't mind me coming and going very early in the morning and late a night due to working. It was peaceful and quiet with great parking and a well equipped kitchen. Also had a fab dinner at The Red Lion Inn just down the road.

A beautiful barn conversion with stunning views of the Malvern Hills across open farmland.

Extremely high standard throughout, spotlessly clean. Well equipped with high quality furnishings, the owners have put a lot of thought into every detail which was much appreciated, they were also very helpful and we would love to visit again.

A newly converted barn conversion, everything you need for up to 4 people very well furnished and the hosts are next door in the farm house if you need to contact them about anything they were great hosts, giving advice on the barn as well as the area.

Great views from the courtyard at the malvern hills . Definitely rural and a car is needed to get about but a great location with easy access to the area. Would definitely recommend this accommodation or the adjoining barn you will not be disappointed.

The accommodation was perfect.

It was very well equipped with everything you could possibly want and more. There is nothing I would change. The owners are very friendly and helpful. It is ideally situated for the Malvern Hills, stately homes and gardens, market towns etc. Absolute perfection.

Charming hosts, one of the best properties we have ever been to.

This is by far the best holiday let we have ever stayed at.

The moment you arrive your breath is taken away with the view. Then stepping into the property our first reaction was ‘wow’ and this continued throughout all the rooms. You can really feel how much thought has gone into this accommodation. Everything is top quality and the over well feeling is homely. For us what blew us away was how clean the property was. You can tell this properly is thoroughly cleaned after each visit. And then there was the cake baked by Jane that was yummie. Andrew and Jane have put all their heart and soul into making sure our stay was nothing but 5star and we felt spoilt. Due to this we loved our stay so much that we have already rebooked.

The Cow Shed, is a perfect holiday property.

It has been tastefully converted to provide a home from home, in an idyllic location. Anyone staying here will want for nothing, the property has been thoughtfully and perfectly equipped; from the comfortable beds with wonderfully fragranced linen, to the luxurious fleece on the sofa. Andrew and Jane are perfect hosts and genuinely lovely people.

Very welcoming owners, accommodation was pristine and had everything we needed for a lovely relaxing stay.

Electric charger for car a great bonus, no worries about finding local working charging points. Lovely views of the Malvern Hills, especially at sunrise !
