Everything described accurately excellent property.
As there is no shop nearby it’s best to take a few basics milk tea washing up gear and wash machine/ dish washer tablets. As well as tea towels. For two there was just enough cutlery and crockery but if a family with children prob best to take some more if you have space for them. We ate once at the pub place then decided to dine at other restaurants or at the property. Believe that the well stocked coop in the high street was closest small supermarket. The whole site is extremely well kept and new indoor swimming pool nicely heated.
A lovely location and stay, but please note there is only 4 of everything so you might want to take spare cutlery, cups etc to save having to wash up every 2 minutes.
There was a dishwasher but no tablets to put in it and if you did use the dishwasher it would be a waste because you'd be under using it and having to wait for it to finish to reuse things. There was also no cafetiere or teapot so take your own if you like to use them or take alternatives. There is a washing machine but no where to dry clothes and again no detergent. Little niggles that could be easily addressed if you know beforehand.
We were very happy.
The cottage was lovyand clean. It was cosy. Really impresses that they had iron and ironing boars. Hair dryer. Dishwasher and washing machine. The staff were rally good. Anything we needed they help us. The bar restaurant was lovely. Food was lovely. It was good that the kids were able to play in the park area too.
