“The Cook House is a very clean, modern cottage which we found warm and inviting.”

Many things to do that are not too far away i.e. Stonehenge, Avebury, Devizes Museum, Bowood, Stourhead, Iford, & The Newt in Somerset (free to RHS on Tues and Wed). It has loads of parking with a daily rate of £3.50 to £5. The cottage has a secure shed for bike storage which was very much appreciated. The owners, who live less than 1/4 mile away, are very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to an area we had once lived in some 60 years ago. We hope to return soon.
