A great place to stay, with wonderful places to explore close by.

A quiet and tranquil location, perfect if you want some time away from the busy-ness of normal routines.

The apartment was Very cosy and peaceful with a Warm and welcoming vibe.

Everywhere was extremely clean and the kitchen had quality accessories. ( Would have liked a measuring jug). There was nothing better than coming back from a day out to sit with a drink and enjoy the vista.

Only stayed for 3 nights , but really enjoyed it ,really good location for what we wanted.

loved the accommodation especially the views ,wished I'd have taken my propper camera for the red kites .Great for our dog as well with some early and late walks with hardly any traffic. Had everything we needed and a nice touch with the welcome hamper.

We had a one week stay at this very well-presented property.

It was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we could possibly wish for. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The area was lovely, with super walking opportunities locally, as well as a really excellent pub only 5 minutes away.

It was like home from home.

I had a lovely stay at the Upper Annex.

The cottage is very well equipped with everything you could need, the shower is modern and clean. If it's sunny, definitely take the owners advice and put the blinds down as the Annex gets extremely hot if you don't. It's location is great for walking and cycling.

Had a great stay and a nice quiet area.

Hosts left a nice gift basket and we felt comfortable in our stay. Would recommend for anyone wanting a little getaway.

Thé annexe was fantastic.

Really good value, very spacious and well equipped and it had fantastic light and lovely views. It was very clean, very comfortable and as cyclists we were able to store our bikes securely in the garage. A great stay. Thanks so much.

The property was very comfortable and with a very quirky and unique design.

It was an ideal central location for me as I was going to Bath, Salisbury and Newbury horse racing tracks ! It was also very close to the World Heritage Site at Avebury which is a must see !

Really great property in an amazing area.

So much to do nearby. Lovely clean, comfortable flat. Red kites flying overhead most of the time! Excellent hosts.

A lovely place for a solo traveller or a couple, we used it as a base of operations for a few days to explore Bath, Cirencester and Avebury.

The annex was lovely and clean and the hamper was appreciated, thank you! One tiny thing to mention, you left us a pint of milk for a cuppa but there was no tea or coffee! A couple of bags included in the hamper would have been amazing, but of course this was not enough to put a damper on the lovely few days we spent here. We would definitely come back to explore other parts of the local area, and look forward to our next stay!

Wonderful place to stay.

Lovely open plan property with lovely views over fields. It is well equipped and very comfortable. It was a lovely surprise to find a 'welcome pack' full of goodies and milk in the fridge. Our dog loved having his bed by the windows being able to watch the world go by. The owners even had a basket full of dog blankets for their canine guests! Ewan & Sarah are such thoughtful hosts. We so enjoyed our stay and hope that we stay there again.

Had a wonderful stay at the annexe.

It was warm and cosy even during a cold snap, with stunning views and a fantastic location that worked perfectly for my needs. The space was impeccably clean and very well-equipped, making it a comfortable and convenient place to stay. A few minor improvements could make it even better: the kitchen knives could be sharper or updated, more bathroom towels would be appreciated, and plugs near a mirror would be helpful for drying hair. Additionally, the shower containers were empty, so providing shampoo and shower gel would be a nice touch. Overall, a great experience, and I’d happily stay again!

The studio was wellcoming with tasteful Christmas lights.

Excellent welcome hamper high standard of facilities and applianaces. High standard of cleanliness throughout. Thoroughly recommend the studio.

A delightful property.

The owner is extremely helpful and has put an enormous amount of thought into the property. The bathroom is luxurious. An extremely pleasant place to base your stay.

This reservation was made to allow my Sister to stay locally while visiting family.

She was very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the apartment.

The annexe was lovely very comfortable a lovely hamper was left for us and milk in the fridge. The views from the annexe were lovely and lots of walks. Would definitely recommend the annexe to friends and family.

We both absolutely loved the Annex, everything finished to a very high standard.

Couldn't fault it, other than perhaps adding a microwave would be very helpful. Peaceful and beautiful countryside views.

Upper Annex was a perfect refuge while I had building work at home and was without kitchen and bsthroom.

Stylishly designed and lovely dog walking country. Because I am very old fashioned I found the high tec appliances etc a bit overwhelming. Never did discover how to set the clock on the oven. And would have welcomed a dustpan and brush to keep the floors clean rathar than tackle the vacuum cleaner. But these are minor quibbles- overall my stay was very happy. Thank you

The appartment was comfortable clean and well equiped.

Friendly, welcoming owner.

Accommodation was lovely, spacious and had nice balcony to sit on with perfect views of the fields opposite. We appreciated the binoculars in the annex and watched the wildlife in the evenings. Well furnished with really comfy bed and sofa, lovely decor. Bathroom and kitchen well equipped. Was scorching weather when we stayed but annex didn’t get too hot thanks to brilliant honeycomb blinds. Lovely welcome basket, thank you! Easy parking right outside and loads to see in the area with good roads and easy access close by. Highly recommend.
