“Had a week staying at Brindle Cottage.”
Booking and communication was great with the owner. Gave clear instructions for the location, key safe etc. The cottage itself was lovely and we had most things that we needed. Everything was clean with the exception of some cobwebs in the bedroom. We picked the hottest week of the year so I was glad of the electric fan and this was much needed. We also took our camping table and a seat cushion as there is a bench at the front. Would have been nice if there was a parasol and a garden table ...

I would use the cottage again if I visit this area again as it is nicely situated and not far from the motorway.

We were however disappointed to hear that you discovered some cobwebs in the bedroom as we do pride ourselves on everything being clean. There must have been a rogue spider that was missed!
What a shame you didn’t ask us about the outside furniture and parasol when we checked if everything was ok. These are stored in the gravelled area adjacent the property which we could have set up for you. We don’t leave them out to avoid them becoming ruined by inclement weather. We really appreciate your positive feedback on everything else.
