    “Underfloor heating inadequate- upstairs never warmed.”

    Two oil filled radiators provided but unusable as they trip the main circuit for the heating and hot water. Consequently one morning no heating , no hot water - at least an hour for water to heat. Next morning no heating or hot water but radiators not used. Property details say a wood burner but not there. Only one tv. Wi-Fi not available upstairs. All bedding and towels damp and cold on our arrival - we had to warm them and very worn, unironed bedding - not inviting. I cleaned kitchen drawers ...

I cleaned kitchen drawers as grease and oil residue. Chipped and cracked china - unhygienic and dangerous. Lighting poor especially kitchen, lamp hanging from wall, several dead light bulbs. Every where and thing needs a good clean. Last day no water from hot water tap. Definitely not 4 tick rating. Yes it’s quirky but disappointed with standard of grading, definitely not 4 ticks.
