This is a superb cottage which allows maximum enjoyment of Stratford with its peaceful setting near all the attractions of the town.

The property is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. The owners are generous in providing food and wine. We hope to return and, in the maentime, warm thanks to the owners.

This is a beautiful place to stay, comfortable and well equipped.

We had a lovely welcome hamper on arrival too. The location is great for Stratford and the owners sorted parking for us on arrival. I would recommend this to anyone and we will definitely use again when visiting relatives in Stratford.

NOT IKEA top to boresources. felt like a real house. A typical 2up 2down terrace so small and the stairs to bedroom are steep which could be a problem but OK for me (79 year old). The space was very well organised and the front bedroom spacious. I found the location brilliant -5 mins from the theatre, river snd Holy Trinity on the doorstep yet quiet. I'd go back.

A very comfortable and clean cottage.We didn't use the lounge at all but enjoyed sitting in the area through the kitchen looking out to the garden. When staying for a few days it's so useful having a freezer.

It's a lovely house that's very clean, very comfortable and very warm. It's well equipped with all our needs thought of and the generous welcome pack was full of lovely goodies. Located in the old town of Stratford, parking was easy as was walking to the theatre, tourist sites and shops in town. We enjoyed visiting The Bull just around the corner. We also visited the NEC Birmingham and found it was very easy and convenient to drive to. Would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

12 minute walk along the river in to Stratford. Very well equipped cosy and comfortable. The owners were very helpful and left a thoughtful welcome pack. Parking outside for one car (permit provided) if a second place is required you can park safely for a week at the marina for £20

Cottage had everything we needed, was very comfortable and ideally suited for exploring Stratford. The cottage may be difficult for the elderly as the stairs are steep.

It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The garden was a delight to sit in and while away our time listening to the birdsong. It was also an excellent place to explore Stratford on Avon and the surrounding area. Our walks along the river from the house were delightful and we are already thinking about when we might return.

We were told the stairs were steep but they were quiet difficult for older people.

A Perfect Holiday.

A beautiful homely cottage only five minutes from the Town centre.

With parking available free of charge all week it made for a perfect stay. Thank you Angela for the Welcome Pack. It went down a treat. The cottage was spotless and the garden was perfect for enjoying our refreshments after returning from our days out. From the cottage and within a short walking distance we were able to stroll along the canal and enjoy the surrounding views. A holiday cottage I would highly recommend without a doubt!

The quality and standard of the property was excellent everything was of a very high standard we both had a lovely time and would not hesitate to book again at no 24 college lane.

Proprietor is very accommodating. House is spotlessly clean. Beds are great! Only problem for us, as seniors, is that the only bathroom is not on the ground floor. Think we need 2--one on each floor.

24 for a few weeks as a long stay and loved the cottage. It's so well thought out, with everything you need. In a great location for access to the theatre and town centre, but in a very quiet street. Parking is very easy on the street outside the cottage. The owners are excellent hosts. So helpful and we had a lovely welcome. Highly recommend this property. We would very happily stay again.

We had a fantastic stay in this cosy holiday cottage.

The welcome pack was greatly received as we arrived and all went down very well. The cottage was perfect in every way from how clean it was to how really comfortable it was. Perfect location for the town and Xmas market with only a short walk through the park by the river. We will definitely try and book here if we return for the market.

After a day of sightseeing, nice to put one's feet up. Given the heat wave, a second fan would have been lovely. Welcome hamper was a nice touch. Cottage was immaculate--clean and well-maintained. Relatively new appliances were welcome, although a challenge to use if one is not familiar with them. Loved sitting in the garden for our evening drink and meal. Overall, quite comfortable

A very comfortable, clean, characterful house in a great position.

Close to theatres and not far from the town centre, lovely riverside walks. Angela, the owner, provides thoughtfully for her guests and there was nothing we needed. The garden room is really lovely. We parked right outside on the permit every time we moved the car, so parking was not an issue. This property is spot on and we highly recommend it.

Loved the cottage.

The rear garden room was fabulous. We spent a lot of time in that room and it was fascinating being able to watch the local wild life (squirrels, kestrels and coal tits in particular). The cottage had everything needed and was very clean. It was lovely to meet Lisa half way through our holiday who came to came to do a mid-stay freshen up. We were very happy in the cottage during our two week stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Would love to go again.

We very much enjoy staying at this most attractive and well maintained property.

The one problem is that I am disabled and find the steep staircase difficult. A second handrail would be a great help. I have already raised this with the owners who are looking into this and always willing to listen.

Our first time in Stratford and a lovely place to stay within 5 minutes walk of the town and the theatre.

The house was very comfortable, very clean with a lovely welcome pack and flowers. The parking permit allowed us to park outside on the street with no problem. The garden room at the back of the house was lovely and in better weather the outside seating would be a bonus. Angela was very communicative and we would certainly recommend the house.

We had a lovely stay in this comfortable cottage.

It's well situated, on a quiet street with easy (permit) parking, yet less than a 10 minute walk to the town centre, theatre, restaurants, etc. The light & airy snug ideal for breakfast & reading, and the cosy sitting room for relaxing after a busy day sightseeing. We would definitely stay in this cottage again on a future visits to Stratford, or the surrounding area.

The property is lovely, one of the best equipped we have stayed in (and we’ve stayed in a lot of Sykes cottages) The location to the town and theatres is excellent, great to have parking right outside the door.

It’s beautifully decorated, we thoroughly enjoyed our week there and have already rebooked for next year.

This Property is ideally situated in a quiet, friendly street (no problem parking).

It is less than a ten minute walk, past Trinity Church (Shakespeare resting place) through a park (The Dell) and along the River bank to the Theatre and all Stratford has to offer. The house is an all season property. The sitting room with its comfortable sofa and wood burner, ideal for cooler evenings. The week we visited the weather was hot and sunny so we made full use of the Snug with its lovely bi-fold doors and garden furniture. College Street is well equipped and beautifully decorated. The owner is very helpful and informative, the Welcome Hamper was a lovely surprise. We had a brilliant stay.

5 minutes walk to all that Strafford has to offer and a good base for exploring the area. The permit car parking arrangements worked very well.

Angela had left a lovely foodie hamper and welcome card with details of getting in touch if required. The cottage was excellent ,very clean and comfortable, and has everything you require for a short or longer stay. It’s in a quiet location , we were able to park right outside, which was very handy as it was raining .A parking permit is provided . Stratford is a lovely place good for shops and eating out. A good base to get out and about. We hope to return again soon.

The property was beautifully furnished with a lovely eye for detail and Angela made the process much more friendly by leaving a personalised card and several foodie gifts. Throughout our stay, Angela encouraged communication and was prompt with her advice and replies. The sunroom was a delightful bonus which we enjoyed even in February, but I imagine this would be enjoyed to it's fullest in the warmer months as it opened up into the quaint garden. Both beds were very comfortable and the efficient heating made us snug as bugs in rugs! We parked with ease right outside the property using the parking permit provided. You're at Holy Trinity Church in less than a minute, and another four will deliver you to The Dirty Duck, The Swan, RST etc. A lovely house, full of character and a most attentive professional hostess!

We had a lovely stay in this cottage.

It's facilities are just what's needed as is it's position within Stratford. Five to seven minute walk to the RSC theater and the centre of Stratford. Parking is on the street but we never struggled to park in the time we were there. This was in October so not sure what it would be like parking in the summer months. There was a lovely welcome pack. We had an issue with the shower which was sorted on the same day. Would totally recommend this cottage if your going to Stratford and if we return we will deffinetly stay there again.

This is a charming little cottage in a very quiet street just footsteps away from Holy Trinity Church (The resting place of Shakespeare), It’s is also very close to the riverside walk into the town centre which is packed with restaurants, shops , pubs and also the RSC, Butterfly farm, river boats and historical Shakespearean sights. We also had a day at Stratford races which was great fun. It’s also on the doorstep to explore the beautiful Cotswolds. The cottage is very well equipped with everything you will need and a lovely welcome hamper and fresh flowers. A note, the stairs are steep as mentioned no trouble for us , but could be a problem with any mobility issues and the only toilet is in the shower room on the first floor. It’s exactly how it is described and shown In the pictures. Parking is on the street outside with a permit to display in your car , we never had a problem getting a space. Loved every minute . Can’t wait to return .

Location,location,location, simply perfect.

Set in a street of small terraced houses, close to the riverside walks and town centre. Highly recommend and will be returning at some stage in the future.

This cottage was in the perfect location for exploring around Stratford and all the sights of the are.

Just a five minute walk from the river Avon and Trinity Church where Shakespeare's tomb is. The owner, Angela, provided a wonderful welcome supply of fruit, cake and biscuits and other provisions. Loved everything about it and highly recommend this cottage to stay.

From the moment we booked the owner Angela went out of her way to accommodate us in any way possible.

The property was immaculate throughout and a selection of lovely treats were left for us which was a very nice touch. The property itself is perfectly located to explore the surrounding area on foot with all key landmarks within 10 minutes of the property. If I could give more then 10 stars I would. The position is great with only a five minute walk to the town yet so peaceful and a quiet location. I can honestly say this is the best cottage my husband and I have ever stayed in and we've stayed in quite a few in our 49 years of marriage! The owners have gone to considerable trouble to make sure that they are offering an excellent standard of accommodation. The welcome pack is very thoughtful ..Angela even went to the trouble of getting us a particular milk , which I was very impressed with thank you Angela. The court yard garden is well kept ,which is an added bonus ( so many properties we stay in show lovely.photos of a garden but when you see them they have all needed attention !) We liked this property so much and have rebooked it again. /

This is an exceptionally well equipped and comfortable cottage for visiting Stratford upon Avon and the Cotswolds.

We liked it so much we have booked again to go back in two months time. The attention to detail really makes this a home from home. The location is very quiet, but it is close to the centre of Stratford.

The welcome pack was the best we have ever encountered in over 20 years of self catering, and there was an excellent instruction booklet. The bed was very comfy and the shower was very clean and lovely and hot. The cottage was only a few minutes (scenic) walk to town and all the RSC attractions.

The cottage itself was excellent and the owner very pleasant and welcoming.

However having our original booking cancelled by yourselves after it was fully paid for was very disappointing. We have booked with other organisations over the years and this has never happened to us before.

This was a really nice cottage a few minutes' walk from the centre of Stratford.

Really well equipped and a lovely welcome basket. Garden was a fantastic asset - we had breakfast outside a couple of times. Lots of games, books and DVDs provided. Parking was right outside. The owners were really helpful.

Well equipped with everything in perfect condition. All rooms are cozy and clean. The backyard is pleasant and pretty with flowers. We were impressed with attention to details such as instructions on TV. Location is ideal for reaching all sites in town. Parking is available right on front of the entrance door. Just superb.

The lovely cottage is so close to all that Stratford-upon-Avon has to offer, but in a very quiet and pretty part of the Old Town. The cottage is beautifully furnished and well equipped. We stayed with our toddler and found it worked well. Angela was extremely helpful, even finding some toys for our little one to play with, which he loved. We have already recommended the cottage to friends and family as the ideal base for a break in Stratford.

Angie and Adrian definitely went "above and beyond" doing all they could do make us welcome and checking that everything was perfect for us.

The cottage was lovely.

Very clean and tidy. All the rooms nicely furnished. The kitchen was well equiped with everything you could need to prepare and cook your own meals. A lovely sitting out area in the garden. Fluffy fresh towels and a powerful hot shower, something you can't always find. What I found very useful was detailed, simple instructions for use of TV, cooker, Hob, washing machine, Heating ect. So there was NO problems there. There was also a superb welcoming hamper upon my arrival. The Host Angela was contactable 24/7 via phone should need be. An excellent location for Town center and riverside. I had a lovely stay at the cottage and have already recommended to family and friends.
