“Over the years I have stayed in several properties for four people, and I think that although this may be the smallest one, it punches way above its weight.”

It was very well kept and most comfortable. I have stayed in larger properties which had no freezer facility, or no oven gloves, not even a tea towel. This property had everything we could possibly need. Every time I opened a cupboard or drawer I found something else which I hadn't expected, but would have been really useful if we had been staying for longer than a weekend. Tiggywinkles would be a perfect base for anyone who wanted to tour the surrounding countryside.

Hi Richard. Wow, what a fantastic review, you've really made our day! It's so lovely getting such positive feedback and makes all our efforts worthwhile. I must admit a lack of 'things and stuff' needed for a comfortable holiday used to be mine and John's 'grumble' when staying away from home, so we really did TRY to think of everything, from a motion sensitive night light, toothbrush/razor charging points, fans for the heat, hot water bottles for the cold, extra lighting for makeup mirrors, games for rainy days, snuggle blankets and of course a FULLY equipped kitchen. So it really is great when these bits and bobs are noticed and appreciated. I hope you and your wife enjoyed your party and a big thank you for leaving the lodge so clean and tidy - it goes without saying that we would welcome you back anytime :)! Kindest regards and thanks again, Zoe and John x Property Owner
