It was a former barn, which has been renovated into a contemporary and stylish holiday home for small families or a group of friends.

Boasting two bedrooms; one king-size and one twin, with ample storage space and bedside tables with lamps for some late night reading.
The family bathroom has high-quality fixtures and fittings, with lovely white tiling and two grey marble stripes, adding a splash of character.
There is off-road parking is available for two cars.
To the rear of the property is a spacious patio area which overlooks the surrounding countryside fields.
With a table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy the lovely countryside air, after a long day sightseeing.
Nearby attractions include the Cotswold Wildlife Park and gardens, which features 160 acre parkland open to the public and would make a fantastic day trip for families.
Housing more than 260 animal species - so much to see and learn here, and is a fun learning experience for you and your little ones.

From the promotion the property was impressive however the pictures were not current.
You had everything you needed and the property was comfortable and spacious. However: 1. The overall cleanliness had a lot to be desired - kitchen worktop needed cleaning behind appliances and particularly behind tea, coffee and condiments in corner. Cobwebs around dishwasher, kickboards splashed from cleaning floor, tops of skirting boards dusty and black in places, bathroom behind door brown splashes from wet hands and horizontal surfaces not cleaned, around taps and back of toilet seat not well cleaned, toilet brush holder not suitable ,covered in dust and splashes. 2. Dishwasher not emptied on arrival. 3. Black mould bottom inside edge of freezer. 4. Front door key difficult to use, we were warned on arrival, however a key broke and a replacement was given. Still awkward to use. 5. We had infestation of silver fish on the evenings of Saturday, Sunday and Monday along lounge floor, kitchen floor and work tops. This had obviously occurred before as there was evidence of dead silver fish on arrival in the kichen and lounge window cills. This was mentioned on leaving and seemed to be a surprise but the response was, we are in the countryside. 4. Red folder of instructions comprehensive but not updated for years. 5. After letting ourselves in we later had a knock on door. Seemed surprised that we had let ourselves in and that we had not phoned beforehand. We reminded that we had phoned beforehand as instructed, that is why we were able to find key as we were told they would be dog walking at 4pm. 6. Garden shrubs overgrown and gardens a mess. Nothing like pictures. We are disappointed that we found it necessary to make these comments but we have done so in the interests of others. The property has massive potential and is in an ideal situation. Originally it must have been great both internally and externally but it is now tired and there only appears to be minimal effort to turn it round weekly. In no way was it worth £883 for the week.
Pheasant cottage is a lovely old stone cottage in a beautiful ‘chocolate box’ village.
It is well maintained with everything needed for a comfortable, enjoyable holiday. We stayed in the middle of a heatwave, but with the thick stone walls, the cottage remained reasonably cool. It is close to many attractions and a great base to visit the Cotswolds and Oxford. I would definitely recommend this property.
Well appointed and very spacious stone cottage in picturesque hamlet of Minster Lovell.
Has a large Kitchen and Lounge with everything you could possibly use, including a small library located in the hall should you wish to devote time for that in such a beautiful locale. Even has field views with a horse and donkeys.

This beautiful property accepts short breaks and full week bookings ***(but please note: full weeks only for the month of July and the first week of August). Owner will take short breaks the rest of the year. ***
