Basically could be ideal little cottage.
However, crockery and cutlery dirty, sofa could do with a dam good clean, very grubby. TV next useless. The picnic table area overgrown, I cut overhanging trees off so we could use it. But needs a good raking up to clear all the dead foliage. Windows have plants growing through them from outside, very dark as windows covered in foliage, nees a good tidy up. Sykes need to vet these properties better. Bed comfy, bathroom fine. Burford far too crowded nowadays. Wont be back.
Absolutely beautiful cottage but hadn't been cleaned properly and cutlery and dishes were dirty.
It's a shame as it's such a beautiful setting.
What a lovely cottage … it is perfectly situated near to the high street but down a small, quiet Lane.
It felt very private because the only passing traffic was to the large private house at the bottom of the lane. The cottage was very well equipped and very comfortable. We loved the river flowing past our window, just beautiful. The only tiny criticism is that the cutlery and cups could have benefited from a wash through a dish washer, or a good soapy sink wash, but as I read on other reviews it would not put us of staying at Windrush again, it was delightful.
