Make your way inside via the conservatory doors to find the bright and airy, open-plan living space decorated with colourful artwork and homely décor.

The stylish kitchen area with its contemporary red cabinets is fully equipped for self-catering holidays, offering an electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave and
dishwasher.
Dine at the (extendable) dining table or on the patio looking out on the glorious view across the surrounding countryside.
Breathe in the clear, fresh air whilst sitting on the patio or in the hot tub.
Bring your binoculars to spot the local wildlife: fallow and roe deer, muntjac, pheasants, partridges, rabbits, foxes, squirrels, red kite and buzzards.
Enjoy star-gazing at night in the hot tub, with a drink in your hand, observing the glorious views of the night sky without surrounding light pollution, and feel at one with nature.

A must for your stay is the historic and splendid World Heritage Site Blenheim Palace in Woodstock (20 minutes away by car).
Enjoy a full day’s entertainment here exploring the Palace and the Gardens, including the Pleasure Gardens and miniature railway.
On the way there or back visit Bladon, the burial place of Winston Churchill.
Oxford City Centre (for shopping and sightseeing) is 8 minutes away by train from Long Hanborough railway station (8 minutes away by car).
Bicester Village Designer Outlet Shopping Centre is 45 minutes away by car.
Witney is a quaint, market town offering a large range of shops and a multi-screen cinema.
Long Hanborough has a local Co-Op store with Post Office inside, and fuel station.
In Witney, you will find a range of supermarket stores plus the Market on Thursdays and Saturdays for local, fresh produce.
You will find several pubs offering great hospitality in Long Hanborough and North Leigh, if Chef fancies a night off (!).
A delightful day out can be had at Cogges Farm in Witney, exploring the medieval manor house and gardens including an adventure playground.
Downton Abbey enthusiasts will recall this was Yew Tree Farm, the home of the Drewe family in Series 4 and 5 and then the home of Mr.
Mason in Series 6.
Within an hour’s drive are several National Trust properties including White Horse Hill and Waddesdon Manor.
A short walk of 20-30 minutes from the property is the English Heritage North Leigh Roman Villa site.

The Oxford Bus and Morris Motors Museum (situated next to Long Hanborough Railway Station) and Combe Mill, a working industrial museum, (situated just outside Long Hanborough) offer fun, historical outings for all ages.
Short journeys by car will find you in other picturesque Cotswold towns and villages such as: Chipping Norton (Fairytale Farm), Chipping Camden (Batsford Arboretum), Bourton-on-the-Water (Birdland) for quaint cottages, interesting shops and wonderful eateries.

Half an hour away is Cotswold Wildlife Park & Gardens, Burford, a delightfully landscaped zoo with adventure playground and miniature railway for a full day’s fun for all ages.
