“On first appearance everywhere looked lovely just like on line .”

But then was disappointed on a number of issues. 1 dishwasher dangerous as door fell down when opened and not very clean .2 door handle in twin room falling off .3 windows all very drafty. 4 shower in bathroom not very clean and bath panel needs replacing. 5 still no dressing table or bedside cabinet in one of the double bedrooms, as mentioned in August by another review. Very disappointed will not be stay again.

We are also very disappointed about your experience at the Wheat House. We do try and maintain high standards for our guests at all times .The majority of our clients have a great time writing how enjoyable the cottage is but we do appreciate your feedback. The dishwasher has now been replaced. I wasn't aware there was a problem with the door handle but this was mended as soon as reported. With regard to the bath panel we had a leak from under the bath when the previous guests were staying. We took this decision because you were on a short break that we didn't want to disrupt your stay by doing the maintenance during your stay unfortunately this wasn't relayed to you for which i apologise . I do hope the rest of your stay apart from these issues was enjoyable. Property Owner
