    “We had an amazing week at New House Farm.”

    It is by far the nicest property we have stayed in over the past 30 years. From the moment that we drove down the tree lined entrance to the property and opened the door to the fully refurbished and superbly styled interior we felt completely at home. The property provides complete privacy with no other properties nearby but at the same time you can explore Warwick, Leamington Spa and Stratford upon Avon within a few minutes drive.     It is by far the nicest property we have stayed in over the past 30 years. From the moment that we drove down the tree lined entrance to the property and opened the door to the fully refurbished and superbly styled interior we felt completely at home. The property provides complete privacy with no other properties nearby but at the same time you can explore Warwick, Leamington Spa and Stratford upon Avon within a few minutes drive. The property is vast and can easily accommodate a large family group. There is a lovely study looking down the driveway and a separate playroom along with a PlayStation. We were blessed with beautiful weather and enjoyed several al fresco meals at the seating area on the rear patio. The trees in the garden provide welcome shade if you need some time away from the sun. Our dog loved exploring the vast gardens and the field next door, which was available to walk around as there were no sheep in the fields around the property when we stayed. We would love to stay in the property again and there was excellent communication from the Owners during our stay.
