    “Pro’s. Location great.”

Local pub Kings Arms is excellent. Garden lovely with trees and well fenced for our dog. Everything good working order. Quiet. Nice bathroom and towels. Left some washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets etc. Fan left as it was hot weather. Cons. Not cleaned well. Kitchen tops had crumbs left, fridge needed wipe, crumbs and dirt in kitchen cupboards, only 5 mugs (not enough with a dishwasher). Mould in shower. Loads dirt on skylights that fell in when you opened. Mattress needs replacing, edge ...

Kitchen tops had crumbs left, fridge needed wipe, crumbs and dirt in kitchen cupboards, only 5 mugs (not enough with a dishwasher). Mould in shower. Loads dirt on skylights that fell in when you opened. Mattress needs replacing, edge on one side totally gone. Also mattress too small for bed base. Kitchen tap loose and swivels round. Sleeps 3 but only two cheap folding garden chairs to sit in garden, they are not comfortable at all either. Dirt and hairs in drawers and cupboards in bedrooms. Floor under sofa dirty. Kitchen bins were smelly. This place could be absolutely fantastic, but needs some attention to detail.
