    “Dishes in the cupboard where dirty.”

    The dishwasher was still running when we checked in. The cleaners will also still working, even though checkin time was 15.00 and we arrived at 15.30.

    Thank you for your feedback. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the issues you encountered. This is certainly not the standard we aim for. It's clear that there were some issues regarding timing and attention to detail during your check-in. We have addressed this directly with the (new) cleaning team to ensure our strict 15:00 deadline is respected in future. To ensure this was an isolated incident, we will ask a member of the management team to conduct a final walkthrough after the new crew finishes to verify that all kitchenware is spotless and the property is fully vacant. We will also ensure that all appliances (like the dishwasher) are finished and emptied early in the changeover window. I do hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay. Property Owner
