    “Spent a lovely week at the property which is located in the heart of the village with access straight into the main high street.”

    Facilities in the property were slightly dated and the water pressure for showers a bit on the low side but adequate all the same. Clean, tidy and beds very comfortable. Superb selection of pubs, tea rooms and restaurants, the Italian directly opposite was our favourite. We did have a problem with the shower and bathroom mixer but these were rectified promptly. The measure of any good company is how they respond to a complaint and I can honestly say Sykes scored 10/10. They sent a WhatsApp on ...

They sent a WhatsApp on the day after arrival asking if there were any problems and I was easily able to respond with our issues. They contacted us immediately and arranged for someone to visit the property the same day. I would also say that at every point of contact we had, from the person who took my details, the person I was referred to and the handyman that visited us, the communication was clear and a sincere apology given which makes all the difference as we felt valued and therefore I would highly recommend them. So thank you for a lovely week, we will be returning customers.

This market town defines the saying "good things come in small packages" as it proves itself to be a wonderful place for tourists to stay. Chipping Campden sits in the northern part of the Cotswolds and boasts many historical buildings from St. James' church where the Chipping Camden Music Festival is held every year, to the early 17th century market hall upon which the town prides itself.
