With a history dating back to the 17th century the building has seen more than its fair share of change, however we're delighted to report that the current owner has done a fabulous job in bringing it back to life.
It's a lovely building that comfortably accommodates four people.
The ground floor has an open yet inviting feeling, with a large living space leading to the kitchen/diner, while upstairs there are two well-appointed bedrooms with new en-suite bathrooms.
From your front door, roll down the street to the shops of Broadway, but fear not you won't be ambushed by throngs of tourists as your cottage is hidden away!

Broadway Cottage is absolutely beautifully finished.
And so clean. Lovely large bath sheets. Beautiful decor. Monogrammed sheets and towels. Beautiful throughout. However the cottage is tiny. We were supposed to be 4 adults but ended up being just 2 of us. There would have been very little space downstairs to stand or sit. The cottage living room consists of 2 snuggle chairs. There is no way 4 adults could be comfortable in there. The stairs are mentioned as steep and that is true they’re very steep, on the turn especially. Though we did get the hang of them. Parking is fantastic. Right outside the door.
This property was very well equipped clean and tidy and located in a quiet area of Broadway we had a very pleasant week’s stay and would recommend the cottage a minor point is it’s a challenge for four people to watch the television.
A lovely little cottage in the centre of Broadway and ideal exploring the Cotswolds.
Description is very accurate. Small quaint cottage but ideal for two couples with two en-suites. Stairs were a little steep as described, but no problems unless you have mobility issues. We are all in our early seventies and managed fine. Small courtyard, ideal for a BBQ and picking up sun. Kitchen and cottage well equipped with top end quality fixtures. Really enjoyed our stay and planning to go back, Can recommend.

Please note the property has steep stairs due to the age of the Cottage, please check with us if unsure.
Please note that the stairs are quite steep and there is a tight turn to the top, as it is an old cottage dating back to the mid 1600's.

Parking for one car is on the frontage and off road.
