“To start with positives - we were really impressed with the call from Manor Cottages to say we could go in slightly earlier on arrival day and the welcome pack in the home was very well received.”
The house is well stocked but severely let down by bad cleanliness (glasses, cutlery were dirty, old tea was left in tea pot), bad smell in main bedroom and poor maintenance (shower door not shutting properly in second bedroom, curtain broken in main bedroom). We emailed Manor Cottages during our stay but did not hear back.
