The property

This property benefits from membership of the Artspa facility (heated indoor / outdoor pools, as well as an eco-pool, sauna, treatment rooms, gym etc).

Guests will be charged £50.00 if access cards are lost during their stay.Kingfishers is a brilliant holiday cottage for families - small or large, or simply for those who like peace and comfort outside school holidays.

It also has access to the fabulous spa with all its facilities.

Located within the Cotswolds' 550 acre Lower Mill Estate nature reserve and just a minute's stroll from the River Thames, the property offers accommodation ideal for families with youngsters but also perfect for couples looking to relax.

Internally, the cottage is welcoming and well furnished.

Outside is a grassed area, perfect for sitting / playing, with a small and shallow stream and lake beyond.

The Lower Mill is particularly attractive for families as there are many activities on offer including an outdoor heated swimming pool, sauna, tennis court and walking as well as countless other activities nearby.

Situated in the heart of the Cotswolds, The Cotswold Water Park is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, covering 40 square miles and made up of over 140 lakes surrounded by picturesque Cotswold villages, historic market towns and an area of lakes larger than the Norfolk Broads. The Cotswold Water Park is Britain's largest water park and offers a wide range of activities including boating, water skiing, fishing (some of the finest trout fishing in the country), cycling, walking, golf and horse riding. Also on the estate can be found a swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts, croquet lawn, children's play area and for nature lovers the water park offers an abundance of bird and animal life on the three nature reserves, which can be observed throughout the year. Following the latest Government Guidelines, Habitat Escapes have published new check in procedures.

Track and Trace: For Habitat Escapes to support the NHS track and Trace system, EVERY person entering Lower Mill Estate must have completed our Track and Trace Health Questionnaire, we must have details for every single person attending site. Without this information, entry may be declined until the information has been submitted. The information MUST be submitted at least 48 hours before arrival. This will be sent prior to arrival

Parking Permits must also be completed prior to arrival.

Due to the current climate, Habitat Escapes will not be able to give persons the form or parking permits on arrival and guests will be asked to remain outside of the Estate until they have been submitted. For ease of use we have created a digital form for all to use and the link will be sent prior to arrival.

Please ensure all forms are completed prior to arrival, failure to do so may mean you are denied entry and turned away. Please note no refunds will be given if entry is denied due to non-completion of forms.
