    “What an amazing farm house.”

A fantastic large property to stay in and so quiet, ideal for relaxing and visiting the local area. Lots of wildlife to see and the most amazing walks through ancient woodland. Wendy and Dave were such amazing hosts. We would highly recommend this place. Thanks you so much

The property

Ledbury 5 miles.

This wonderful, black and white semi-detached farmhouse is attached to the owner's cottage on their 180 acre farm, close to the village of Hollybush, five miles from the town of Ledbury in the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

With superb country views, this delightful cottage is filled with character and charm, with exposed beams, an inglenook fireplace and lovely furnishings.

Upon arriving, park up the car and soak up the views before entering this lovely holiday home.

You enter this cottage into a hallway with access to a cosy sitting room with an electric woodburner-effect stove set into an inglenook fireplace.

What better way to relax than to be with your loved ones whilst relaxing in front of the stove, perhaps after a long walk.

The kitchen is well-equipped and has a small dining area, where you can enjoy breakfast with more formal meals to be spent around the dining table.

Completing the ground floor is a shower room and a small snug.

After walking up the stairs you will find a seating area on the landing and three bedrooms off it; two king-size doubles and a twin, all of which share a modern bathroom with bath and separate shower.

There are no shortage of things to see and do in the area, with walks and cycle routes, and the cottage is close to the historic towns of Malvern, Ledbury and Tewkesbury, which boasts black and white houses, lovely pubs, restaurants, shops and all are surrounded by beautiful countryside.

Just five miles away is the market town of Ledbury set on the River Leadon and offers a number of timbered buildings, the 17th century Market House and The Painted Room, which is home to 16th century frescoes.

Also within reach are the riverside town of Upton-on-Severn, Eastnor Castle, the historic city of Hereford and the Forest of Dean.

A delightful Herefordshire holiday home.

No workers in the property. Holiday makers only.

About the location

LEDBURY

Hereford 15 miles.

The ancient market town of Ledbury (4 miles), dating back to 960 AD, nestles under the Malvern Hills east of Hereford, surrounded by unspoilt English countryside. Ledbury lies on the River Leadon and is famous for its numerous timbered buildings, including Ledbury Park, believed to be one the finest Black and White buildings in England, the 17th century Market House in the town centre and The Painted Room, home to 16th century frescoes. Many music, art and food and drink festivals can be enjoyed in the town and the surrounding area. From time to time music, art, poetry, food and drink festivals are held in the town. Nearby is Eastnor Castle, a fine example of a 19th century, mock-medieval castle, and numerous festivals are held in Eastnor Park. Close by is the historic city of Hereford with its 11th century cathedral, world famous Mappa Mundi and Chained Library. Malvern offers guests many lovely walks along the hills, a luxurious spa and for the car enthusiasts the Morgan Motor Company. Guests can also enjoy the local vineyards, travel along the Elgar Route, visit the Black and White villages and enjoy the many outdoor activities available in the Forest of Dean and beautiful Wye Valley. A great holiday destination at any time of year.
