An excellent base for exploring the town and the large area of the Cotswolds, while staying in a cosy well equipped home from home. The personal touches to the cottage are lovely and very much appreciated. Very quiet and relaxing. We visited Blenheim Palace and Stratford upon Avon, along with scenic drives around the - too many to mention - picture perfect towns and villages in the area. Stopping at several on the way. Many choices within walking distance and beyond for a restaurant meal, a pub lunch or afternoon tea. Many thanks for a very comfortable stay. The Ralph family

Fit with a contemporary yet homely interior, Bumble Cottage offers an idyllic base for your next family retreat to The Cotswolds.

A sought-after off-road parking space greets you upon arrival, making unloading an easy task, leading you along a pathway and over the threshold into a handy hallway space, where you can kick off your shoes before continuing through to the main living areas.

Venturing through, you're welcomed into a snug living/dining area, beautifully appointed with a light and neutral décor, featuring two plush sofas gathered in front of the television, inviting you to put your feet up and enjoy a moment of peace after an action-packed day.

If you're lucky enough to experience the warmer weather, take your dining experience outdoors with a leisurely seat on the patio, soaking in the peaceful ambiance of the secluded space as you share a bottle of wine with your loved ones.

This market town defines the saying "good things come in small packages" as it proves itself to be a wonderful place for tourists to stay. Chipping Campden sits in the northern part of the Cotswolds and boasts many historical buildings from St. James' church where the Chipping Camden Music Festival is held every year, to the early 17th century market hall upon which the town prides itself. Not only does the town have a rich history but much more, the high street is laced with charming Cotswold stone buildings with a range of shops and pubs. Nearby there are several beautiful, formal gardens for you to wander through. Chipping Campden has held its own 'Olimpick Games' since the early 1600s including peculiar sports such as 'shin-kicking', most certainly worth lining your holiday up with to experience something so unique.
