“Lovely property but quite remote location on a small housing estate.”
It is about 4 miles to Burford. The Outpost shop was closed permanently, so get provisions before you arrive. Milk, OJ, biscuits and crisps were left by owner which was nice.
We had no hot water the first morning, so had to make a few phone calls. I reset the boiler myself. All good after that. The property is very spacious and comfortable. Big garden which was great for our dog.

A couple of points the hooks on the back of the doors don't stick, they were on the floor when we arrived. There was also nowhere in the ensuite shower to put your wash items, so my 81 year old mother had to climb into the bath to shower as unable to bend down to pick things up from the shower floor.
TV signal very hit and miss, presumably due to remote area.
It is a great location to explore the Cotswolds and we enjoyed our week.
Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased you found the property spacious and comfortable. We were glad to assist with the hot water issue over the phone. The hooks have been replaced with a more stable option, and we’ll check the TV signal and discuss shower storage improvements with the owner.
