Just a few minutes walk from the centre of the bustling village of Bourton on the Water, lies The Seventeen - a charming terraced cottage, and the perfect bolt-hole for friends and families.
On entering the cottage you will appreciate the time and effort that has gone into creating the perfect location for a relaxing break.
On the ground floor you will find the warm and welcoming open plan living / dining room: an excellent area to either relax in front of the large, flat-screen tv, or sit and discuss the day's events over a meal prepared in the adjoining, well equipped kitchen.
On to the upstairs, which provides two light and airy bedrooms - one equipped with a king size bed, and the other with a double bed, as well as the beautifully appointed family bathroom.
Outside, and to the rear of the cottage, there is a pleasant back garden complete with an attractive seating area with a table and chairs for up to four people to create the ideal pot for the warmer days.
Bourton-on-the-Water's centre is just a five minute walk away, it is a bustling village with over 100 buildings listed at at least Grade II.
It is home to a Model Village, a motor museum as well as lovely parks and gardens.
Further afield of Bourton there are a variety of small traditional, beautiful villages such as Stow-on-the-Wold, Moreton-in-Marsh and Chipping Norton.
They all offer pleasant little cafes and tearooms and a lot more.
All in all The Seventeen provides excellent accommodation for small groups in the centre of 'the Venice of The Cotswolds.
