The cottage is a lovely little placeand has everything you need for a stay at the Cotswalds.

Mr Wei, the owner is a lovely man who was able to answer any questions I had throughout and prior to my stay.

I choose this property for the location it shows on the pictures a lovely back garden but it was far from lovely it was an absolute disgrace the lawn looked like it had never been touched for 12 months as for the garden table and chairs they were filthy.

The kitchen bin was in the dining room so if you had the patio door open all the flies came in, we came home a day early because we were so disappointed. I would like to put photos on here but you don't ask for any I wonder why?

The internal accommodation was as described.

It was comfortable and very close to the amenities in Bourton on the Water. There were a few issues which were: We had to buy new batteries for the remote control for the TV to get the TV to work, and although the garden looked lovely in the photos online, in reality it was extremely overgrown and untidy. The grass was at least a foot high and the plants in the planters were dead and brown. The wooden bench seat was full of cobwebs and garden debris. The outside table was very dusty and dirty. 20 Honeycroft is a lovely comfortable and spotlessly clean property.

Situated in a perfect location on a quiet estate a short walk from the village centre. It has everything required, a small well equipped kitchen, good size lounge with a comfortable sofa, a nice modern bathroom, parking and a sunny garden. The garden was perfect for my very adventurous terrier and Greystones Nature Reserve is nearby for dog walks. I was delighted with this property and would definitely recommend it.

We had a truly wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with the experience.

The location is fantastic—just a few minutes’ walk to town center, with a shop nearby which made everything very convenient. The house itself is beautifully decorated and exactly as shown in the photos, with a lovely soft macaron-inspired color theme that makes the space feel warm and welcoming. The living room is especially impressive, with a huge, incredibly comfortable sofa that made it easy to relax after a day out. The bed was also very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the whole property was spotless and very well maintained throughout. We especially enjoyed the back garden, which was perfect for sitting in the sun and relaxing. Another lovely touch was the selection of board games in the living room—our child absolutely loved them and had so much fun. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. A beautiful, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared home in a great location. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Very small and basic furniture.

Not overly clean, dust under sofa and on bathroom extractor fan. Beds very uncomfortable. Listed as suitable for 4 people , only supplied 4 of each crockery items. Booked for Christmas with our daughter and husband.. not even a vacuum cleaner provided. House cold on arrival. Not the usual expectations from a Sykes holiday booking

Really nice, clean, presentable accommodation in a great location.

Great location nice house Bit basic in the kitchen area toaster not great need very thin bread or no good not as good a standard as other Sykes’s property’s we’ve stayed in for the same price Toilet seat needs a bit of help moved around a lot Very annoying

Property when we arrived was clean neat and tidy.

Everything you need for a short break was available in the property. Private garden with seating was nice to relax in at the end of the day. Location was perfect for us as it was out of the hubbub of the village centre but an easy 10 minute walk to all the facilities. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again.

A fantastic house close to the centre of Bourton-on-the-Water.

A 10 min stroll to the attractions and pubs of Bourton. The house has 2 car spaces, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Clean and relatively modern, large TV and comfy bed. High chair and cot provided. Had a fantastic trip with our 10 month old would highly recommend!
