“Overall we loved our stay at Bilsham Meadows, the property was a perfect size for a big group and it was beautifully designed.”

The facilities in the kitchen, bathrooms etc were great and made our stay so much easier. The garden was the selling point for us as it had beautiful views and sun all day! The only main issue we had was that upon our arrival we were told that the hot tub had been locked by previous guests, meaning it didn’t have the ability to heat up anymore, nor was the hot tub clean at all. We were told this would be fixed the following morning (second day of our stay), however someone came to look at it but no one fixed it during our whole stay. The reason we booked the property in the first place was partly due to the hot tub so this really was a let down and we felt not much effort was put into fixing it and we were not communicated with about it. Equally, we were very disappointed that it was dirty before we’d even got in. Despite this, it is a beautiful place to stay and if those minor issues were fixed we would definitely stay again.
