Thank you for you’re feedback we like to consider improvements were we can. Halmore is a very quiet village, we rarely have excessive traffic unless the weather is warm and people visit Purton Hulks by the canal but we haven’t seen the warm weather yet this year. Although you would have heard me chain harrowing the field unfortunately we have to maintain the fields. We don’t meet and greet this was discussed with you when you called before your arrival this is because we offer privacy and our property for your use we don’t interfere. The microwave is a simple version and never caused problems previously. The tv is shown on the photos, I’m sorry you didn’t find it big enough - if you have any suggestions where a bigger tv could be located we would definitely review this. The smoke is from the wood fired hot tub which is heated to 37/38 degrees, there is a file in the pod with instructions on how to use it and a paddle to stir it as the water in the bottom tends to be cool. We have very few children in the village the closest being 100 yards away but we do have many dogs sometimes we hear them bark but it’s very rare and the local dog rescues regularly walk their dogs on the footpaths. Neighbours have cats this is not something we can control and we do have many squirrels but I will investigate if you think you saw a rat thank you for letting us know we take this very seriously. I’m glad you liked the new mattress Sarah Property Owner
