    “The studio was as described but we didn't realise it was in a shared building from the images and advert.”

    We found the dividing wall quite thin and was worried about disturbing our neighbours. The studio was lovely. It was bright and clean with some milk and biscuits to welcome us. There was a small kitchenette area with an electric oven and hob, an electric toaster, and kettle. It was missing a microwave and oven trays and had very limited pans and utensils, so if you are someone who brings all your own food bear this in mind. As the advert suggests it is on a working farm with sheep and horses ...

It was missing a microwave and oven trays and had very limited pans and utensils, so if you are someone who brings all your own food bear this in mind. As the advert suggests it is on a working farm with sheep and horses. For a farm it was quite quiet and everything was clean and well maintained. There was dedicated parking your one car for each studio. Please note: If you are a little wobbly on your pins there are some steep steps up to the property that you may find a challenge. Aside from that the rest of the farm and village are quite flat. It has a bridal path running past the property that leads you onto nice country walks (they are in the AllTrails app). We found the village of Andoversford had little in the way of shops, so travelled into Cheltenham. It did have two pubs The Royal Oak and The Frogmill. We had a meal at the latter and found the food and service to be excellent. We stayed for 6 nights and had a pleasant stay. We found the studio to be fairly central to all the popular Cotswold towns and attractions. We would recommend Woodcock Studio as a good holiday base but consider the points we have raised above before you travel.
