    “Fabulous few days stay with two dogs.”

    Exactly as described and could not fault it in anyway. A big bonus was to use the empty secure paddock to let the dogs have a good run. Wonderful views with many local walks and pubs. Highly recommended!

The historic village of St Weonards dates back to the Bronze Age, has a thriving village shop and post office, and offers many lovely walks and cycle routes, all surrounded by beautiful Herefordshire countryside. The village boasts a stunning 12th century church, and just south of the churchyard lies St Weonards Tump, originally a Bronze Age burial place, later used for morris dancing and village festivals. Just 8 miles away, the market town of Ross-on-Wye has many Tudor timbered buildings, a 17th century Market Hall, and individual shops, pubs and restaurants. You may wish to stroll along the River Wye, take a relaxing river cruise, or enjoy the countryside from a hot-air balloon. The magnificent Royal Forest of Dean, England's largest oak forest, is close by and offers many activities, including cycling, horse riding, abseiling and canoeing, as well as many lovely walks.
