If you're the active sort, you can walk to the pool in 5 mins or you can simply walk the area and take in the beautiful, natural environment, which really is stunning.

Kitchen has good range of smart, white gloss units under a granite worktop. Built-in appliances to include gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer & fridge/freezer. Fully equipped to accommodate 10 guests. There is a separate Utility Room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The Living Area has a table and chairs for ten, access to the outdoor terrace; while the seating area has a sofa and additional seating plus a wood burner for the winter nights. There is a TV with freeview and DVD player. The open planned living space leads out onto the outside decking area. Gas BBQ and table & chairs seating 4.
The property has decked areas across each level, with seating on each. It is a detached building with views right across the water. There is parking for one car with additional nearby. The area is, of course, surrounded by lakes/water. You have access included in your price for the spa and indoor and outdoor pools and gym. There is also a local shop and cafe within a 5 min walk too. Cycle paths and walks along various nature trails are-a-plenty and across private land. Beautiful and simply stunning.
Bed linen, towels, travel cot & highchair are provided, however guests must bring their own linen for the travel cot. Pets welcome.

The Lower Mill Estate is a 450 acre private nature reserve, located in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park. Not to be confused with water slides or fun park, the Water Park is in fact a nature lover's paradise, including two Sites of Special Scientific Interest, with thousands of wildlife species all living in harmony with this very attractive part of Gloucestershire.
At Howells Mere you will never be far from the unspoilt and abundant areas of wildlife and fauna, with two sites of Special Scientific Interest. After nightfall enjoy the antics of otters, bats, foxes and badgers. For such a peaceful place there is never a dull moment.
If you require a moment to yourself or some indulgent time to relax you have exclusive use of the luxury Artspa where three beautiful pools await along with a range of treatments including, aromatherapy, Indian Head massage and stone therapy will reenergize as well as relax you. Great for you and great for the children!
A small farm shop is situated in Mill Village, offering all of the essentials. Additionally there is a restaurant come bar called Ballihoo which offers meals and drinks and a place to visit for a drink.It regularly hosts events which co-incide with school holidays
As a guest, you are free to enjoy the whole Estate at your leisure. Many people comment that Lower Mill often feels like a time warp back to days when children can run about freely and safely (with the resepct of water of course). You may want to enjoy a peaceful walk around one of the beautiful lakes, fish, and bird watch from one of the hides or sail on one of the lakes. Attractions further afield include the market town of Cirencester, the olde world village of Bibury, stunning town of Tetbury with its galleries, antique shops and Westonbirt.
