This super-chic boutique apartment is a gorgeous city retreat that has been furnished to an exact and joyous style where light floods in and from where you can (literally) stare at the wonderful Circus, a circle of Georgian townhouses that have barely changed in 200 years.
Set on the top floor of this beautiful building not only do you have outstanding views across The Circus but you have total tranquility because you are elevated away from the hub-bub below. Inside it gets better - a fabulous, elegant and extremely comfortable apartment that offers good sized rooms throughout, light and bright and furnished to an exceptional standard. In our opinion, it is the perfect choice to for a luxury retreat to Bath.
The owner has tastefully furnished the apartment in a contemporary style, with many attractive touches throughout to make you feel instantly at home, from comfy sofas to vases of flowers. The Georgian proportions make the rooms feel spacious and bright, a wonderful place to kick off your shoes after a busy day exploring all that Bath has to offer.
We find this to be an exceptional property - ideal for a family of four, a couple looking for a chic retreat in Bath or for a small group looking for a base to tour Bath.

Carpeted stairs lead up to the apartment's separate entrance on the third floor (Lots of steps). Entrance hallway.

Kitchen, contemporary in style and fully equipped with integral appliances including electric hob, oven and grill, dishwasher. microwave, large fridge and freezer and dishwasher..
Bedroom One with super king size double bed (zip & link beds therefore offering a choice of double or twin beds*) plus wardrobe
Bedroom Two with two single beds, one 3ft, one 2ft 6in with cupboard space foor hanging clothes.
Family Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and washbasin.
Although the property does not have its own garden, there is plenty of green space immediately in front of The Circus where you can sit and enjoy the stunning location.
Children welcome. Cot and high chair available. Sorry no pets. No smoking.
* Please note that the bed in the Master Bedroom will be made as a double bed. If you wish to have it prepared as two singles please advise Manor Cottages at the time of booking
Free overnight parking at The Circus (Inner Circle). Long stay car park in Charlotte Street, 5 minutes' walk.
Please bare in mind, 3 flights of stairs to the apartment, not suitable for elderly or people with mobility issues.
Historic Bath has so much to offer its visitors whether you just have a weekend to spare or can stay a bit longer. Circus House Apartment is centrally located and part of one of the most breathtaking gems of Georgian architecture in the city, Grade I listed The Circus.
Close by you will find other architectural treasures such as Royal Crescent and Queen Square along with 'must-see' attractions such as the Roman Baths, Thermae Bath Spa, Bath Abbey, The Pump Room, and the Jane Austen Centre, which are all just a short walk away. The Assembly Rooms, which house the world famous Fashion Museum are also on the doorstep.
If you like shopping, then you won't be disappointed as there is a vast range of both local independent outlets alongside more familiar national names. Feeling peckish? You will be spoilt for choice with the various pavement cafes, historic pubs, bistros and restaurant on offer.
