“Comfortable with ample space for the 8 adults and 3 children of our party.”

Well equipped kitchen and everything organised well. A very lovely home from home. And the game room kept the children occupied. Ideal positioned for visiting Blenheim and Oxford.

The property

The Clealings is a lovely Dormer cottage in Witney's historic market town.

This is the ideal refuge for a visit in the Cotswolds, thanks to its gorgeous position and acres of space surrounding it.

As soon as you pull into the driveway and unload your vehicle, you'll feel perfectly at home.

The pleasant sitting area is to the left of the front door, ideal for an afternoon sleep or a relaxing evening in front of the TV with a bottle of wine.

A small library with books and DVDs is also provided in this space, which is ideal for keeping the kids engaged.

The well-equipped kitchen/dining area may be found by continuing to the left of the room.

With the huge conservatory dining table that seats 10 people, you may enjoy only the best foods cooked by the party's chefs.

When you return to the entrance hall and turn right, you'll come to a landing on the left with stairs leading to the first level.

Bathroom 1 is to your left when you reach this floor of the property, and it has a bath and a walk-in shower, as well as a basin and WC.

Bedroom 2 contains a King-size bed and a fitted cot on the opposite side of the room.

Bedroom 1 has two twin single beds and looks out over the acres of land that surround the property through a door in the back of the room.

Bathroom 2 is located on the ground level to your left and features a bath, walk-in shower, and WC.

A downstairs cloakroom with a toilet and WC is located next to this.

Bedroom 3 is located directly at the end of the hall; it is a King-size room that is tastefully arranged and suited for anyone who stays there.

Bedroom 4 is next door, and it's another King-size room with a fixed cot.

Finally, Bedroom 5 is a twin room that is well designed and suitable for children.

If you want, spend some time outside relaxing and unwinding.

You've got plenty of room to do so.

(Note: Although the garden is fenced, it is not completely enclosed.) Because there are sheep in the nearby fields, dogs and children must be kept under strict supervision).

There is also a BBQ for adults to cook delicious summer cuisine, in addition to acres of area for the kids to run around and play.

It's the ideal spot for the party to congregate.

There's also the games room, which is located across the street from the main house.

For those who enjoy a challenge, there is a pool table as well as an additional television.

If you're looking for a different kind of adventure, go to Burford.

From the Tosley Museum, which offers an insight into the town's past, to a lunch at the Bay Tree Hotel, there is enough to do in this charming town.

A few miles away is Woodstock, a lovely market town that is also home to Blenheim Palace, which is ideal for summer walks as you explore its breathtaking grounds.

It's simple to see why The Clealings is a fantastic family destination.

You can't go wrong with this property because it has enough of area for the kids to play on and gorgeous villages around.
