    “Needs improvement.”

Whilst the gardens and lake are undeniably beautiful, the interior of the property needs attention. I had read guest reviews of the property from over the years and it seems none of the feedback has been taken board. The property was not well cleaned- especially the floors. I had a crawling bay so this was an issue. I raised it with the owner and they left me a new mop to clean the floors myself! The pans for cooking were unusable- all of the non stick coating was peeling off- we had to buy ...

The pans for cooking were unusable- all of the non stick coating was peeling off- we had to buy a new pan. The single beds were seriously uncomfortable. The bathroom radiator leaked for our whole stay, we didn't get a repair and didn't have heat in there. This property could be so much better, if the owners take on guest feedback.
